+ -1 moreAfter the job was done, they had not sealed very well the foundation into the house and I ended up with about fifty gallon of water from rainwater with mud all over my freshly remodeled basement and he did not come out to do anything to rectify that and I couldn't tell initially that we had Ohio State Waterproofing and we didn't know whose system was not working but I saw where it was coming through the wall and he tried to say it was the responsibility of the other company and when the other company came out to investigate it to be sure, they repaired his slipshod sealing of the foundation. Therefore, I would not recommend him to anybody. He seemed like a real nice gentleman, he worked in some real nasty weather but never came back out and resealed the wall. When I did talk to him after the problem, he kind of got a bit of an attitude. What he did find in the main line was fine, it was just that last little finishing touch on getting the foundation wall sealed.
Description of Work: I used Copper Lite Plumbing three years ago. He replaced the main water line from the street to the house.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the company. he arrived right on time. got right to work, and snaked our drain. and the job was done. very quickly. We have already recommended this company to our neightbor and she has had him do work for her. We will hire this company again in the future
Description of Work: Our kitchen sink got clogged up. We tried to snake it with a 25' snake. It did not work. So we called a couple of local plumbers. Boy were we shocked with the crazy prices they quoted us to come out and snake our drain. Also, they could not get to us for a couple of days. We called thie comany and he quoted us a hourly rate, no service call charge and they an hourly rate. no additioanl charge to snake our drain, just an hourly rate. and he could come out that same day. What a relief.

+ -1 moreEverything seemed fine until we had a lot of rain. Water filled the hole where they dug to fix the pipe and eventually entered into my basement. I had about 25 gallons of dirty water in my basement. It turned out that the pipe wasn't sealed correctly so each time it rained, I had water in my basement. He originally was supposed to show up on a Saturday to fix it and never showed up. He finally came on Tuesday to fix it and it leaked again the next time it rained. He came to fix it a 2nd time but he never fixed it from the outside. My husband ended up fixing the problem coming into the house after Copper Lite stopped responding to calls. We finally had Ohio Waterproofing come to fix the rest of the problems.
Description of Work: There was a water main break out by the road and Copper Lite fixed it.
