+ -1 moreThey technicians were there on time and were courteous. They were thorough and seemed to know what they were doing. They were done in about an hour.
Description of Work: I had previously hired an electrician to install a TV antenna in the attic. It did not work right and there were shorts, etc. The guys from Riley had to fix the problem. They determined that the electricians had used incorrect fittings so they changed them out and remounted the antenna in the proper location in the attic. My TV reception is better than it has ever been.

+ 0 moreThey did everything right. They arrived when they said they were going to. They were wonderful and reasonable. They have meter so that they knew where to point the antennas for the strongest signal. They fixed the other contractor's mistakes.
Description of Work: They installed tv antennas and wireless cell phone antennas, and corrected the foundation of the antenna tower, as well as mistakes made with the wiring done by another contractor.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with them. They were very professional and they came when they were supposed to. They aimed all the antennas correctly. They had a digital meter so they knew where to point them to get the strongest signals. They are all in correctly. I didn't have to call them back for anything. They found that the other company had not wired my leads correctly. They had not grounded them correctly. They corrected the other company's mistakes. They also found that the concrete base that the other company had set for the antenna tower was way too low with the result that when it rained the water would get in there and eventually corrode it at the base. They also raised the height of the concrete base for the antenna tower. They did everything perfectly and the first time. Their price was fair. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Riley Antenna Systems completed some unfinished antenna work and put up some additional antennas on my antenna tower. They put up 2 TV antennas on my tower and 4 cell phone antennas.
