After seeing the "A" rating for this company, I contacted Andrew regarding my problem. I'd asked the Geek Squad people at Best Buy about repairs and they said it would have to be first analyzed, then sent out for repairs, which normally requires four to six weeks. I told Andrew that even though I was retired and didn't use my computer for anything super important, I didn't want to be without it for several months. He explained that he was running about one week behind, but if I'd agree to drop it off, he'd try and take a look at it when he had a chance. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and he called me the next day and said he'd found the problem and the repair was easy. I picked it up on Friday afternoon and the bill was much lower than I'd expected to pay. Andrew is a good role model for any young person looking to go into business. He's one of the most personable people I've met in quite a while. His future is going to be bright if he maintains his current attitude. Well done, buddy.

He transferred all my data from my old computer to the new one. He came back twice to help me master some of the new things at no additional charge. He is such a great computer expert and lovely to deal with.

It worked well, but I had to do it long distance. He was very helpful and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and solved it. He even drove out to a local office supply store to purchase the appropriate part.

It is rare to encounter the service I received from Andrew, it was top notch! He communicated with me the entire time my laptop was with him and gave me options for the repair. He even went above and beyond to make sure I had my computer back quickly since I use it for business. My computer runs like it did when it was new. I have already passed out his cards to several friends.

He also helped to archived my email items. He straightened out all of my problems and set up a new way of doing a backup. He's caring, responsive and really knows what he was doing. What I like about him is that he's able to fix my computer without wiping my hard drive clean. I didn't lose any data. He works efficiently and is very patient with older people like myself. He can also remote in to my computer. He's wonderful!

Very good response and professional in all our dealings. Andrew worked hard and spent quite a bit of time working with me by emails and phone to solve the many problems I had with both computers. The laptop had to be replaced due to major operational problems. He suggested several brands and models in my price range. I picked one and he went and purchased it for me. He installed old files programs in new computer. Refunded me the cost of a new battery that was purchased for the old laptop. The desktop unit was essentially rebuilt by them - new CPU,motherboard, video card and hard drive. They did the work, returned with the computers and made sure everything was working. I was very pleased with this companie's response and professionalism. Andrew had some health issues for a couple of months after Christmas, but his business partner and wife kept things going the best they could. Will use them again.

I requested the service, pre-paid which I will never do again, and no one contacted me in the 48 hr window. The date noted above was the order date which I had to complete to send your form. no date was agreed upon since they never called or contacted me via your email service. I joined so your company would screen these co's -- you failed.

As noted above, it is really disappointing that I have left him voicemails and not heard anything back. I can't imagine that the service is very good based on this initial attempt to contact them. I would at least think that a business would emphasize having a reliable way to follow up on request for service.

Poorly, over a four week span I contacted this company three times without a response. Maybe they do good work for the problems they elect to work on, but, don't hold your breath with this provider.

This is an excellent company and I would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. They are truly experts at fixing computers!

The process, although not perfect, went rather smoothly. Andrew came to my house and we discussed the characteristics of the system that I wanted him to put together. I specified that I wanted to run Windows 7 on both computers. Andrew took my old (inoperative computer) and started working on building the system. Andrew at first tried to find a commercial vendor from whom to purchase a ready made desktop computer but because I wanted the Windows 7 operating system that would have resulted in long delays in getting the desktop computer. Andrew kept me informed throughout and discussed the issue with me. We both decided that it would be a better choice for Andrew to build the computer from components, which he did. Andrew delivered the whole system to me and put the all the hardware and software pieces together. At all times he was conscientious about keeping me informed of what he was doing. Transferring my hard drive from my old computer to my new computer was a longer job than Andrew first estimated and Andrew called me and asked permission to charge an additional hour of labor. I felt it was reasonable and I agreed to it. I felt that Andrew was being customer oriented by asking permission to charge additional time before doing it. It was a big job with a lot of pieces and would not be expected to initially be without any flaws in the installation. As I used the system a number of problems became evident. I compiled them and communicated them to Andrew. Andrew immediately knew how to fix the problems and was conscientious in doing so. He communicated with me frequently and he came to my house to resolve the problems. After several trips the problems were fixed and the system now works as it is supposed to. Andrew did not charge me anything above his initial estimate to do this. I am a satisfied customer.

At my request he purchased a new laptop computer for me and transferred files from my old desktop to the new computer. He then cleaned up the old computer so I |could give it to a friend. He spent more time helping me learn about the new computer. My computer did get some viruses, so he arranged to have someone install a security system for me. Andy had some health issues, including an auto accident, during this time, so it took awhile to get everything completed. I definitely feel I got my money's worth, and I will call on him again when needed. |

My old laptop (it was at least 6 years old) suddenly died, so I took it to Total Systems Performance to see if it could be fixed and I could squeeze another couple of years out of it. Unfortunately, it was DOA so Andrew found me a reasonably-priced laptop and transferred all the information from my old laptop to the new one. He charged a very reasonable price for his services and there was a quick turnaround.

Andy is a lovely young man and his work was very, very good. I would definitely use him again!

The entire process went great. Andrew had spoken with me over the phone prior to my harddrive completely failing and had been helpful regarding likely problem and what I might try on my own. When I called to get the harddrive replaced Andrew quoted me prices, gave me a couple of options and then picked up as well as redelivered the laptop to my home. He was great to work with, professional, personable and had my confidence from the first time I spoke with him. My computer is working fine now and I would call Andrew again if I had any computer problems. I would recommend Total System Proformance to friends without reservation.

The young man who owns TSP was the person who set up the work appt. time and who was the one who performed the work. My computer was working so slow and sometimes wouldn't respond to my requests, so I used the special to bring in TSP to help me. He had two hours of time on the special to accomplish the work. After almost the whole time he said that it really needed more work so he took the computer home to work on it over the weekend. As the weekend progressed he called me to say that the computer really needed a new motherboard. Ouch! Anyway, he said that he had a used computer that he was going to give away and if I wanted to purchase a few parts for it, he would bring this newer computer back to me and set it up for me. So he set up a time the following week to return with the better computer. What luck for me. He returned and set up the computer and now I'm in business again. The new parts only cost me $60.00. He was such a nice person and was so informative. I will certainly use him again as needed. He's a great asset to Angie's List.

Andrew was great to work with. He arrived when promised and completed the installation within an hour. The new equipment performs much better than old consumer-grade equipment we installed ourselves about 4 years ago. We were experiencing frequent dropped internet connections with the old equipment. With the new equipment in place for a little more than one month, we've had only one or two dropped connections.

Andrew was very professional and personable. After the initial visit, he had brief illness which made his return a little longer than expected, but he made his charges for my new computer and setting it up very reasonable. I will use him again.

Andrew is very personable and does a great job. I have a custom built computer that is much more complex than the average home computer. When I began having problems, Andrew diagnosed a virus which required wiping the computer and reinstalling all of the software. Because of the complexity of my computer is was difficult to instantly know if everything was working properly. Andrew checked in regularly to see if things were working properly. When a problem arose he was able to access the computer remotely and fix the problems. I was very appreciative of the time he took to make sure all software was working properly and the fact that he did not charge extra for all the additional attention my computer required. I can?t recall a time when someone has done this kind of follow up to make sure that you are highly satisfied with the service received.

He was very professional. We talked about what needed to be done and why. We came up with a game plan and it worked. i am not sure how he fixed my computer but her did a wonderful job. I also have a desk top that is considered ancient in computer years (8-10 years old) He told me the truth with compassion. i needed to let it go and get something that is is more current and faster ( my internet service was to fast for my desk top).

Nice guy. Got the work done and solved our immediate problem. We were very pleased. Conversely, the same problem as reoccurred. We're about to contact them for a follow-up call.

Great...my computer is working much better now and I have someone to call whenever I have questions...worth much more than I paid!!

Very well - Andrew was on time and very patient and clear with explaining what he was going to do to get us back up and running. Repair seems to be working fine.

He did a great job. They took the system to their place to fix it.
