Andrew fixed the problem in minutes, got the printer working remotely and checked that all systems were running correctly. Cheerful, knowable and prompt.

Andrew came to my home to pickup the computer (a nice service) and took it back to his shop. Sure enough, there were a couple viruses on it. Andrew cleared the viruses, installed Windows 10 and ESET smart security software on the computer. Had everything completed within a week, even with it being 4th of July weekend . Andrew is very knowledgeable, personable and professional and quite easy to work with. I will definitely use again and refer him to anyone needing computer services.

The repair was done in a timely manner and successfully. When I thought some of the information had been lost during the repair, he contacted me asking if it was OK to make a remote connection. In the process of doing this he accessed the back-up disc drive and was able to restore what was lost. His work is excellent and I will definitely use him to address future computer issues.

Andrew was very helpful with answering any computer questions I had and gave me a lot of helpful information. He also looked up programs I could use on my new computer. I am not very computer savvy and I was grateful he picked up the old computer and installed the new one for me. I was most impressed that he was willing to share good information about different software and prices for the computer and he was willing to help me at any time in the future. He called me ahead of time for both appointments and was actually early for both so I did not have to wait all day. He made what could have been an anxiety-producing time for me (losing my old computer and purchasing and installing a new one) painless. I am also very happy that I can call him whenever I have computer-related issues. I had purchased Andrew's services from an Angie's List special offer and he did not charge me any additional fees for all that he did.

It went fabulous. He had to come out to my house in order to fix it. He didn't charge me extra for making the trip out. He had it up and running in 30 minutes and was just wonderful.

Andrew was great to work with -- very responsive, very flexible in appointment times, very knowledgeable. He had the patience to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Bose tech support, and also gave me great advance on removing junk software from my laptop. I would recommend him without hesitation!

He did all of the above in less than one hour and resolved all of the problems we were having.. It is a relief to have all of our issues resolved. I highly recommend the service of Total Systems Performance.

Andrew was very helpful, informative and professional. He explained things thoroughly. He provided continued assistance with follow up phone calls. Awesome!!!

He installed a new server which improved overall computer speed and eliminated bugs and hiccups we were encountering on some of our software, including accounting and cad drawing softwares. He created a back-up that would ensure no loss of information. He is also able to remote-in to our system to fix day to day issues and to perform regular maintenance. After losing our IT guy we were all very stressed, but Andrew and Total System Performance have eased our worries and we now have a comfort that any and all problems will be addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

I had several ongoing problems with the new computer, some of which Andrew had to come back to fix (or try to fix). He had trouble with some of the issues on this brand new computer, and seemed unable to figure out how to fix (I had to fix some problems on my own after he left). I think he is a good option for relatively simple computer issues, but seemed to be over-his-head with trouble-shooting difficult issues on this brand new computer that he built, so I will likely pursue another option when I need to replace this computer after approx. 3 years of use.

I use Total System Performance for all my tech needs, and find that it is money well-spent.

Andrew is very professional! He promised the work and even beat his estimated completion date since I use my computer for business. I have used him before and will again!

Andrew is personable and pleasant. Once he began working on the computer, he kept me informed. The computer was ready for pick-up in 24 hours.

Initially I purchased the Big Deal for a remote session for $54. During this process we quickly discovered that the disc was damaged and that Andrew needed to work on it to get it running again. I took the computer tower to his house, although he was very willing to pick it up. He was finished with it several days sooner than he initially estimated and I picked it up at his house. The total cost was $89 and I felt it was worth it to get it up an running again.

I only know that Andrew worked on my computer while he was on vacation so that I would not be without it longer than necessary. He charged me an extremely reasonable rate for his work. He is a very personable person. He tried to fix it in my home, but had to take with him to find and fix the problem.

He did great. I have used them since I became a client with the, and I last used them 3 or 4 months ago. He was very goodand he is the only one I use now.

I was having problems with Flash Player. I had spent hours trying everything I could think of. I hated to bother Andrew, but I just couldn't get the issue figured out. He was exceptionally helpful. Solved the problem in about 10 minutes. I'm so glad we found his name on Angie's List. I would highly recommend Total System Performance to anyone !!!!!!!!!

Contacted Andrew regarding my daughter's laptop that she thought had a virus. Andrew picked up the device at our home. He gave us an approximate date that we could expect to have it returned. I asked if at all possible to be able to have it back before the 12th of January as my daughter needed it for the start of the semester. He said he would try. We received a call from Andrew explaining that it was not a virus but the hard drive. He quoted us approximately $300 for a new hard drive, to re-install the programs and labor. We received the laptop back well before the 12th of January which was wonderful. Andrew explained that the hard drive had many scratches across it and why these had developed. I was then able to pass on this care information to my daughter to prevent future damage. Also, because we were able to give him all the original program, OS disks it saved him a lot of time and labor so our final bill was $204 and change. I would definitely recommend Andrew and will call him again when/if we need any future laptop repairs.

After an initial period of trying to find a suitable appointment time (emails back and forth), Andrew showed up on time, checked out my old printer and pronounced it beyond hope. I am a disabled senior citizen and when I asked Andrew if he would go to a store not far from my home and purchase a new printer with specific capabilities for me, he immediately agreed. When he returned he unpacked the printer and installed the program in my computer establishing the wireless connection that I wanted. He checked everything out to make sure all was working properly and showed me how to do what it was I needed to do. He also established a remote connection to my computer and it is a good thing he did. The next day I could not print something I needed for a meeting later that day and I called Andrew. He logged into my computer from his location and took care of the problem. Later, I noticed a mistake in my invoice and I called Andrew about it, left a message which he promptly returned. He apologized about the bookkeeping error and sent me a refund that day. All in all, I found Andrew to be courteous, knowledgeable, and very fair in his dealings with me. I will call him again if the need arises.

Over the years, we've experienced countless problems with our home computers and cable and internet services which required the engagement of costly technicians. Our track record has been abysmal, as we've more often than not received Band-Aid fixes rather than long-term solutions. Our most recent problem was the inability to get Wi Fi reception throughout our larger home after switching from Time Warner to ATT Uverse several months ago. Despite three attempts by ATT technicians to fix the problem, the problem not only persisted, but got worse. We decided to thoroughly research Angie's List in the hopes of finally finding a company that had a proven track record in addressing issues such as ours and found Total Systems Performance, which had earned the Super Service award and endorsements from many satisfied customers. In the initial call to owner Andrew Myers, it became clear that he had encountered and solved problems such as ours. He explained the likely cause and his approach toward a permanent solution. His assurances, without any sales pressure whatsoever, persuaded me to engage his services, which were undertaken a few days later. The hi-tech equipment he installed immediately provided full strength internet and cable wi-fi throughout the house. We were able to discard routers and range extenders we had purchased at the suggestion of ATT that had totally failed to fix the problem. Andrew also discovered that our principal computer on the second floor, a 1-year old Dell, was badly infected with irreparable viruses. This was determined after he performed hardware and virus scans and required the reinstallation of Windows. He was able to restore all data and installed an internet network card to replace an adapter which ATT had initialed installed. This computer is performing as well as, if not better than the day it was purchased. I am extremely pleased and relieved that I now have a highly skilled, reliable and honest source to turn to when we next encounter problems with our computers and related equipment. At long last, I've finally found a company I can trust--and that's a very comforting feeling.

It went fine, was on time, and very kind to me and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our computer began turning off while we were working on it. We looked online to see what the problem might be and tried to clean it ourselves without taking it apart. It became pretty unreliable. Also, I saw that we didn't have enough memory in our back-up equipment. We called Andrew. He was prompt in getting back to us. He had our computer picked up, cleaned, checked and new back-up equipment installed, and back to us, in less than a week. He is easy to talk to and very helpful. I will use him again and would recommend him unreservedly.
