Description of Work: I have used Total System Performance several times. One time they analyzed a crashed disk in a disk back-up system and determined it needed to be replaced. They gave me several options to consider and helped me understand the options I also had Windows 10 totally mess up my system after it had automatically downloading to my system. After analysis, he helped me make sure all appropriate files were backed up and then loaded up Windows 7 (my preference), device drivers, etc and ensured everything was working correctly. He followed up a week later to make sure I had no issues. One issue that occurred he quickly resolved. I trust them, their work and their professionalism.

Description of Work: Andrew was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had our computer back the next day. He removed several viruses and formatted the hard drive. The computer is 7 years old and works like new! He is also very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I took a laptop to Andrew that had been taken over by the Blue Screen of Death. Andrew promised to have it back within 3 days but called back that afternoon and said it was already ready. And the price was $25 less than he quoted. I will definitely use him again and have already passed his card on to some of my friends.

Description of Work: Great- I had a long list of areas I needed addressed on my computer and Andrew was able to go through them and take care of almost everything. One issue needs to be fixed at the Apple Store. He followed up to see if things were working well.

Description of Work: Cleared computer of viruses and reinstalled windows, virus protection and miscellaneous programs.

Description of Work: Replaced memory strip. A trojan virus was found (which probably caused the burnt out strip). Complete reinstall of Windows was needed. |This was done super quick and without any ill after effects. |I am most impressed with the service, trustworthiness and professionalism of TSP. I have now found the go to gentleman for any future computer needs. He's almost as good as having a buddy who knows computers. Heck, he's probably better because he does know computers.

Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired my sticking touchpad keys on my old (Vista vintage) laptop. Also cleaned the keyboard. Offered other services including a SW tuneup, which I do myself but would recommend to anyone who isn't sufficiently knowledgeable to do themselves. |Very friendly, very professional. I have already recommended him to my brother.

Description of Work: My main request was to set up the fax on my wireless printer; set iPhone to print; and interconnect my devices. | I can't say enough about his persona and speed. Although I didn't request it, he did a clean and fix on my very dated computer...quickly! | He said I needed to run a new phone line to fix my fax. I was shocked when he said I had credit for my second hour, and he would only charge me for materials. We agreed that he would call me the next time he was in my area. | BEST BIG DEAL EVER!!! However, I have not heard from him yet. I guess I should call and schedule an appointment.

Description of Work: Installed new printer and later sent us a new power strip at no cost. The principal person in this company has performed computer and TV trouble shooting for us over the last two and a half years and has always been prompt, reasonable, knowledgeable and professional and has always billed us at what we consider very reasonable rates. We are very pleased with his work and do not hesitate to suggest his services to family and friends.

Description of Work: Provider rebuilt system with high end i7, solid state drive, and converted all programs to new drive.
