Vancuren Tree Care

On February 1, they removed a large tree from our front lawn at a cost of $875. When I called several days later to inquire when the stump would be ground (quoted at $160), I was told that it would only be a few days, maybe a week or two. I also informed the receptionist that the tree removal team had seriously damaged our lawn. She told me that someone would come out to take a look at it when the stump was ground. Although very pleasant, she was unable to give me any specifics. Twelve weeks later, the stump is still there. My husband and I have called the office several additional times. Nobody has EVER come to see the damage to our lawn or scheduled the stump grinding. I can only assume that they are uninterested in the smaller job of stump removal, having already been paid for the more expensive part of the work. I'm finding another company to remove the stump and repair the damage - at my own expense.

I have a lot of trees and I know that they aren't done. They will come out and do some more stuff. They are good. For what they do it's a good price. If I make an appointment they will be here. She said that it would be a couple of weeks before they can come out because, they are busy.

They are a very good company. They take care of not only taking trees down, but they take care of shrubbery, including nutrition and insect prevention for the shrubbery. They make sure all my plants get the nutrients they need in order to help me with the investment I have in my landscaping. I put a lot of money into it and need to take care of it.
