Description of Work: New roof. Service was typical to construction companies in general. I feel the did a decent job. Cleaned up after themselves. I notice a hole in the roof after construction was complete. Has not been repaired. The roof is not leaking, it was noticed in the attic about 1 year after construction. Obviously, we do not go into attic frequently. But you can tell it was from a foot and that it definitely had to happen during the roof replacement. I did call but still hasn't been fixed,so I am sure I will be repairing this myself in the near future.

Description of Work: I originally called 7/12/14 based on recommendations by Julie Willet. The owner never returned call. I called again 7/28- he came out and gave me estimate on several small jobs that I needed done. He said to call after part I needed came in and set up time to come out. I called 10 days later and said part in- he stated that he was really busy and would get to me soon. Finally called again 8/26- said he would be out on 8/28 or 8/29. I waited- never showed up OR called.I called again 9/15- said he was very busy and I said- you have said you would be out several times and didnt show up- he said he would be out for sure on Friday 9/19 at 12:00 PM. Today it is 1:15 9/19- He never called or showed up so I called him- he said really busy -- I said why he couldnt call me and reshedule- said he didnt have my number- and told me to get someone else- and HUNG UP ON ME. He gave me an estimate when he was here in July at 100-125.00 and said would take an 1-1.5 hours at the most as he has 3 guys working for him.IN MY OPINION-- because my jobs were small and didnt entail a large dollar job- he just didnt care. Little did he know- is that I have other things I wanted to get a quote on. He is TOTALLY unprofessional- never calls back- hangs up- schedules work dates and never shows or calls. I am am easy and patient person to work with . I am hoping people will read my entire evaluation. Is there anyone who can do small jobs at a reasonable price who IS reliable?

They used the supplies the previous contractor had purchased and corrected the previous contractor's poor design, allowing us to return supplies and save nearly $1,000. They responded to our request quickly and built the deck within a few days, whereas other companies had said they could not squeeze us in until fall. They were polite, professional, and fairly priced.
