+ -1 moreAt the time I thought the price was good compared to other people. I was satisfied with their work. They quoted me one price and then when they came to do the job they said they couldn't do the job for the price they quoted me. They did it for what they quoted me. They said they couldn't do it, but then I said, "Sorry, I'll get somebody else," and then they did.
Description of Work: I used Stanley for carpet cleaning. It was for an industrial place.

+ -1 moreThey put too much water on the carpet and it needed to be stretched afterwards. It never really looked as good afterwards. They did honor the guarantee and they came back and stretched the carpet but it was a bad experience.
Description of Work: I used Stanley Steemer carpet cleaning service. They did a whole house carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey showed up to clean 2 rooms, stairs, and couch. Added the chair to the cleaning. The carpet appeared to be okay when the cleaners left, but looked worse the next day. The stains in the front room look worse than they did before they came. Not very happy. Will try someone else, next time.
