He can out promptly, very carefully explained the process and cost. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get all the utility lines marked. Then as planned, he came out, killed off the old horrible grass, then a few days later, dug it up and laid the new sod. There was a problem with a cable line, but he got it repaired immediately, fixed the issue and then carefully monitored the growth of the new grass. He stayed in communication with us about the details of watering and checking the sod progress and then came by to look it over himself. He is doing the first mowings to be sure nothing is damaged. All things considered, he has done a great job and we will continue to have him care for our special lawn and garden needs.
