+ -1 moreJames Zeger said he was a former Everdry employee. He went out and purchased a new battery backup sump and regular sump and installed them. That was fine, but then he told me I would be getting warranty information in the mail. It never arrived. He charged me $440 to cut down the brush along the creekbank, promising he had fill or bricks or something that another party would deliver and finish the job. 6 phone calls later the job is still incomplete. He told me he would be there one morning to discuss the situation and he never showed up. I've written him off. Phone nuber 567-303-1236

+ -1 moreThey were on time and torn off the old (dog House)?? at top of roof, replacing with plywood, rubber roofing and shingles. They did not stop the leak as they said they would after completing work they did not clean up their mess from the roof or the ground, refused to return and fix the leaking roof
