I went with them because of their cost. They were very reasonably priced. There were a lot of things they had to do so they didn't exactly give us the day's notice so there was a timing issue. The problem was calling them a half hour before, but when they were ready to come they did come. It wasn't like they didn't show up. Everything else was fine. They were very polite, and they were very nice to work with. Maybe it was due to the weather and how other things went that caused the timing issue. I went out and actually measured the diameter of the tree. It was probably over 200 years old. They have all the machines to do it, they have the big heavy stuff, and they have the Bobcats that lift the stuff and put into the truck. We've had several people in the neighborhood. I asked him to do mine after I saw a neighbor down the street. They can do a big job like that in half a day. They come and they rake up all your sticks. They grind up from the tree roots, and if you want it he will keep it, but if not they will take that away too. They clean up very well so you don't have to worry about doing anything when they are done.
