Description of Work: Applied a sealcoat on my asphalt driveway. Everything went well. In the near future planning to asphalt driveway. 1st Choice will my first choice to call again.

Description of Work: Sealed the driveway. Came out, introduced himself, quoted a very reasonable cost for sealing area beyond the Big Deal and went to work. Nice guy that did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for asphalt sealing 2 months ago. Deal said 3 day rapid response but didn't hear from company for almost 2 weeks. First e-mail said someone was in the hospital and we would be contacted in the next 2 weeks which was fine. 3 weeks later we got an Angie's List message that they needed our phone #. After not hearing anything after about 2 weeks I called on a Friday and was told they would be here the following Tuesday. No one showed up or called on Tuesday so I called Wednesday and was told they were coming out Friday. On Friday, no one showed up or called. We waited to hear the entire next week but no calls. I called the following Friday and was told they'd be here the next day. | |We understand someone was ill and the work can only bo done when the weather is right but all we expected was timely communication. The man I spoke with was very short with me when I tried to express my frustration w/ the delay and acted like I was bothering him by calling. I was told that they do not call people to tell them they're not coming and wonder if we would of known that they were coming on Saturday if I hadn't called. | |The quality of the job was acceptable but their customer service is greatly lacking.

Description of Work: They sealed my double residential drive. They called the night before to let me now an exact time of service so as not to have our vehicles in the garage. They showed up on time, were very professional and done in 20 minutes. Great service and great company. Would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: There were a couple of cracks that I thought should be filled in but John disagreed. When I initially purchased the Big Deal, it was a little too early in the season for them to perform the work and the owner was out with health issues. While I can be totally understanding of both, it took them almost 2 weeks to contact me to explain this. Nevertheless, they were fairly responsive after that and the work was good. I may just fill in the cracks myself before they come next year.

Description of Work: My driveway needs replacement, but I can't afford it. They were courteous and understood and did a really good job maintaining it and keeping it looking as good as it can. Professional looking job - would definitely recommend - priced better than average too.

Description of Work: When I made the reservation, he forgot to take my phone number so he could call the night before he planned to do the work. Because of that, he showed up at my house on the day he planned to do the work without any advance notification. He made it clear that if that day was not a good day, he would come back on another day. All in all, I was very impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to come back on a different day even though I lived over 20 miles from their shop.
