Description of Work: To be fair the owner was in the hospital and I think the person in charge was overwhelmed with orders. I mentioned there was cracks in the drive that would need filling. The call the night before gave a time of between 10 am and 12 noon. He showed up at 5 pm. He did not call to say he would be late and he did not fill any cracks. | He quickly coated the drive and left. |I don't know how it will hold up since he did not do the cracks. I was not impressed with the service. | |Probably would not use again nor recommend them.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal off of Angie's list to have a driveway resealed on 3/23/2015 and revived a message that they would not start start sealing driveways until the end of may. After several back and froths (unable to contact the seller mid June and missed promises) the service was finally preformed in late July. The quality of service was good. The bad review stems from the typical Group-On style overselling of the Angie's list "big deal". This is a small outfit from a neighbouring town that could not grow fast enough to keep up with the continual sales push by the Angie's list "big deal". Also form this experience I will never use or recommend an Angie's list "big deal" offer or service provider again.

Description of Work: I didn't use 1st Choice Aspault because when I called the number a couple times to schedule, I was sent to voicemail, but I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail box was full.

Description of Work: Guy that came to do the service tried to rip us off. $89 was for 600 sq.ft. and $0.17 per sq.ft. over that. He wanted to charge us $130, claiming that our driveway was over 1000 sq.ft. (He implied he was giving us a deal). My wife (who has a doctorate) sent out my son and his 2 friends who were over visiting to measure the driveway. The guy asked my son if he was sure he knew how to calculate square footage. My son and his friends laughed b/c they just finished AP Calculus. My driveway measured 708 sq.ft. Presented with the evidence, the guy suddenly agreed to do it for $89 without any surcharge. Do not recommend!

Description of Work: Annual drive way seal. I have been using them for several years now. They do a great job and the price is right.

Description of Work: I had several communication through Angie's List messaging system. However, they were unwilling to schedule through that, and insisted that I called them directly. When I did, the phone was never answered, and the mailbox was always full. I was never able to leave a message, or talk to them directly. This has gone on for 2 weeks. In the mean time, I already found someone else for the job.
