Description of Work: Seal coated my small asphalt driveway. Very particular not to stain any painted part of the house. The two men brushed out the sealer carefully and left a smooth appearance which I like. Both men were polite and skilled at their task. There was some original communication problem but that was resolved by the company contact who explained the situation which they really had no control over. I am pleased with their service!

Description of Work: Set up an appt to have driveway sealed. Set appt for sat or Sunday. Called Sunday night to would be ther Monday am. Never showed. Called and talked to them and he said they had taken over jobs from another service provider and we're having trouble getting some jobs caught up. Said they were from Marysville and rarely come to Canal Winchester. Eventually made it to my house and did an excellent job. The scheduling problems were not really problem since I didn't need to be home for them to do job. The people I talked on the phon with were always courteous and helpful. |

Description of Work: Came out and laid the asphalt immediately prior to a thunderstorm. Tar was completely washed away and splattered on house. A downspount was bent out of way, cracking it. Unable to get in touch via phone or email for several weeks, voicemail was always full. Finally able to get through and driveway was redone. Was told house would be cleaned, never was. After multiple attempts again to get in touch, owner called back. Was extremely hostile and rude, apparently took his aggressions from owning a business out on me. Tar was never cleaned.
