I received a quick response and was able to schedule same day service. Kevin arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, preceded by texts to indicate his arrival time. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing the problem and offering a couple solutions. Fortunately, although buying an entire new garage door opener to replace our 17-year old model was an option, he was able to remove the broken parts and replace them instead, saving me quite a bit of money. At no point did he pressure me towards the more expensive option, and he did not mind answering my questions but rather provided clear explanations. He then very quickly and efficiently removed the broken parts and installed the replacement parts, reassembling the motor and realigning the chain. This was followed by an inspection of the rails and lubrication of all pertinent parts of the garage door opener assembly. The entire transaction was efficient, professional and honest. I would not hesitate to hire Prestige Doors in the future. Highly recommend!

Garage door was not moving smoothly and opener was not operating. Kevin promptly arrived and diagnosed problem within minutes. Old heavy masonite door could be saved. Kevin tightened all hardware and replaced the rollers. Door moved smoothly. Then after explaining my options for a new garage door opener, he installed an agreed upon option. Kevin completed all work in about an hour and a half and his total charge was $500 and some dollars. If I have future issues w/ garage doors on rental properties, personal home or homes of my adult sons and grandchildren; we will call Kevin/ Prestige Doors!

The technician called me right away after I filed my need on Angie's List. I had researched what this repair should cost, and his estimate was in line with my expectations. It wasn't an emergency, but he committed to coming out the following day, a Sunday. The technician called and arrived exactly when he said he would. The repair took less than an hour and my garage door works flawlessly.

Kevin responded within 10 minutes of my request for quote on a Saturday afternoon. We scheduled the repair for Sunday morning at 9:00 A.M. on Mother’s Day. The repair and tune up of the garage door were completed within an hour. Kevin was courteous and professional and the charges were reasonable and as quoted. I would highly recommend.

He had the parts and replaced them. He also lived all mechanical parts and did a final inspection to make sure the garage door was operating properly.

My garage door opener was damaged due to a leak in my garage. Kevin installed a new opener and keypad that now works perfectly. I no longer worry if my garage door will open while I am gone or when asleep. The new unit was installed properly and in a timely fashion.

I love in Ohio and I moved back here 2 years ago. he did a great job and he gave me his business card. when I got a problem with my garage door I called him directly and He came in. I used him twice already. It was a super job and He explain everything. Price was fair , Responsive and On time. He also did greasing my door. I would used him again.
