The staff were efficent, timely and very detailed. My house sparkled when the girls left! It was so refreshing to come home to such a clean and tidy house! Thank you Lisa and staff! Will definatly have back on a regular basis!!! Highly reccomend!!!!

We are very Happy with Lisa"s Heart and Home Cleaning Services they really care about their clients and make them feel special I enjoy that my mom looks forward to seeing Lisa every other week.
Description of Work: she will make sure that my mom"s home is very clean she finds dirt in places that we would look , I had another cleaning company coming to clean my moms home but it never felt clean they were always late or always forgetting to do something, with Lisa"s Heart and Home I have not had to say anything and my mom is thrilled.

It appeared that every time I arrived home after a cleaning, something was not right (rugs were piled, toilet was running, decorative item was broken, etc.). I went into my formal dining room to find the chair of my expensive dining set broken. I live alone. Someone had purposely placed it to appear that it was attached. I reported it to the owner of the company who denied the damage and attempted to attribute it to my two ten pound dogs. This occurred within the scope of a four-day period when the housekeeper was the only person present (other than myself) in my home. The owner cancelled my contract (Thank God!) because she did not want to cover the cost of replacing the chair(s). I cannot find a duplicate, so now, I'm stuck with purchasing ten new chairs (approximately $1,000). I had a former housekeeper for six years (who moved south), and I had no problems whatsoever. The owner of this company was rude, inarticulate, and (very) discourteous. I've employed four housekeeping services over my twenty years of being a homeowner, and three of those experiences have been wonderful. Lisa's Heart & Home has been the worst experience of any servicing (housecleaning, landscapers, home improvement, etc.) that I've had to utilize. There are too many good housekeeping services out there with spotless reputations....go with them!
Description of Work: As this woman attempts to discredit me, allow me to state that I DO live alone (lie #1 by her). I have a son in college who visits rarely, but he was no where on the premises during this scope of time that the housekeeper had broken the chair. I have an outstanding reputation within the community (receiving many awards, accolades, and media attention) for my philanthropic activities, within my career (PhDc), and within my church as a ministry co-leader. I would LOVE for the housekeeper to take a lie detector test!!! I just will not pay for it as I have already spent an exorbitant amount of funds attempting to find a duplicative chair (that appears not to exist - they are out of production). Yes, this company appears to be licensed and bonded (as stated), but if an employee breaks anything and the cost is fairly substantial, the owner will refuse to submit a claim and cancel your contract. She wasn't worth the cost anyways. Again, I had a housekeeper for six years who had to move....nothing was ever broken! She also did a much BETTER job than this company for half the cost. Furthermore, the owner continues to postulate that she has "proof" via emails and texts of what???? I have the same emails and texts, and she touts them like they serve as proof for some international secret missile. Lastly, I never tried getting a computer out of her. I just stated that the housekeeper turned my computer off which caused the system to go into safe mode while losing some of my documentation. There was no electrical failure within the house because all electronics would have restored.

I take my good name seriously and I am proud to say I have been in business for over 13 years. My record speaks for its self. I have over 50 clients that will testify as to my character, and how I run my business. Including the member's friend that referred her to my service, which we serviced her home before she referred the member. We are still servicing her friends home after the member's false claims. That speaks for itself. I have NEVER met anyone like the member in my 13 years of service. It became clear to me that she was trying to get a new computer, and 10 new chairs. I will not pay for something that we did not break. The member reported the chair being broke 5 days after the service. She does not live alone as she states. If I had any doubt that we broke the chair I would have gladly paid for that (1) chair not all (10 ) as she requested. She also requested that we take a lie detector test which we responded we would gladly do because we did not break her chair. The rugs didnt get put back because the floors were still wet , and we honestly got side tracked. The toilet running was a plumbing issue with her toilet. We clean them and thats all. This is evident in the the texts and emails I have saved as proof that the members character is questionable.
