Normally I handle arranging all of our vehicle repair, but after finding J & B as highly rated on Angie's List, and knowing I did not have time to make the appointment, I handed the number off to my wife. Service was scheduled quickly and they finished on time at a fair price. I am glad to have found a trustworthy shop that won't try to take advantage of a woman (still to common in this industry in my opinion). Thanks for the good work!

They found the problem but couldn't help us because it was a 'dealer only' part (security system). They didn't charge us for the time they spent on the vehicle and even got it started for us to get it to the dealership so we wouldn't have to pay another tow fee.

Did quality work at a fair price. I would recommend J&B auto.

These guys are awesome best price in town. I compared at least 5 other places and the were the best price. Very honest not only did they fix my problem they also told me what i would need to have done in the future. No high pressure sales here, he actually told me that some was not necessary to fix too soon but to just keep my eye on it. I will definetly be dealing with these guys in the future.

My car had a slow leak in the radiator and since we were planning a trip I wanted to get it taken care of quickly. My usual mechanic was not able to get our car in within the time we needed, so we needed to find someone to take our car to. We found J&B on Angie's List and since it had good reviews, we thought we would give it a try. They were able to fit us in the next day. I dropped off the car and headed back home. Within an hour I got a call from them explaining that it was just a bad clamp. They explained everything that would be needed (coolant would need replaced as well) and gave me what the cost would be, including labor. The also stated that a long standing squealing we had were some belts that were going and they could be replaced (also gave the cost). I asked them to also do an oil change, which wasn't an issue. I had dropped off the car at 8AM. By 11:30 everything was done and the car ready to be picked up. So far we have been very happy with the services performed. They were very professional and I would not see an issue with using them in the future.

My 82 year old Father-in-Law encountered some damage to the front suspension of his Honda Pilot. He was terrified to take the car to the dealer for obvious reasons. We found J&B Auto Service on Angie's List and saw the fantastic reviews so we recommended he have the car towed to their facility. J&B found the problem: a bent front drive shaft and a bent front stabilizer bar. Instead of immediately recommending expensive new parts, J&B was able to find a good quality used drive shaft and straightened the stabilizer bar. Naturally, this was much easier on the budget for an elderly couple on a fixed income. Bottom line, we are so grateful for J&B's honesty and sensitivity to cost while still performing quality work. My Father-in-Law will spread the word about J&B's great service. Thank you J&B's !!

Great personal treatment. Comfortable environment and professional service.

This was a work van and they did a great job and were very conscious of the budget. They were great to work with willing to make extra calls to my company for approval on the repairs. Quality repair for a reasonable price.

This was the first time had used J&B. Very professional and easy to work with. Price was no better or worse than other quotes. Decided to use them because of the friendly and professional treatment over the phone. No regrets.

The replaced brake line was left hanging dangerously low. I returned the vehicle and it was promptly corrected without question.

J & B has done all of my auto repair work for over 5 years. I left my 2006 Dakota and went on vacation over Thanksgiving week. I asked Jeff to change the oil and give the truck a good going over. to winterize it if it needed it. Without any concern I knew Jeff would do only what absolutely had to be done to insure my safety. He thought my steering was a little tough so he checked it out and found the u-bolts at both ends of the steering column needed to be replaced. So he fixed it without bothering me in SC.

Jeff did an excellent job with my car. The price was fair, he explained exactly what he was doing and why, and he got me back on the road within three hours. He found the holes in the radiator hose that a technician at another shop had put there.

I brought J & B Auto Service my Honda CRV after it was "fixed" by Green Collision. Jeff found the problems and got my insurance to cover the repairs including touching up the paint job done by Green Collision. He properly filled the transmission and found the damaged transmission sensor. He pointed out the paint defects. He found that a blown coolant hose caused internal engine damage and repaired the head gasket.
