First-In Home Services specializes in giving our clients peace of mind in one of the most expensive purchances they may make in their lifetime. A General Home Inspection consists of our inspectors checking the exterior, roof, attic, basement, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and structure of your future home for functionality and safety. We recommend areas of routine matinence and alert you to potential problems and safety hazards that you may not have even noticed. First-In Home Services will conduct a thorough inspection and prepare a written report detailing all of the systems and components inspected and give it to you before we leave the appointment. This report will be valuable knowledge of the home and a great negotiating tool for your Real Estate Agent. First-In Home Services pride ourselves on our attention to detail and systematic approach to the home inspection and remain available anytime after the appointment to answer any question that may come up about the report. Discounts are available to any current or former Military Personnel, firefighters, police and nurses.
