I have been getting my lawn cut by E&T Landscaping for 2 years. One week they didn't cut my grass. I had newly planted grass in the back that I had been watering every day and it had gotten to be 6 inches tall and desperately needed to be cut. I called the company twice. The second time I said I was "****** off." When they finally called me back the woman said she didn't appreciate me yelling and cursing at her. I at no time yelled nor cursed. I said to her that I had said I was ****** off and she said it was the same thing. When I asked about the lawn not being cut she said it didn't need to be cut. I tried to tell her about the new grass in the back but she kept interrupting me and repeating that she didn't appreciate being cussed at and then said she was terminating my service and hung up on me. I will agree that based on how the front yard looked the grass didn't need to be cut but they couldn't have inspected that back yard where the grass was growing. I tried to get other service but everyone said they were full so in desperation I called E & T back and left a message. I apologized for saying I was ****** off and asked that my service be reinstated. They never returned my phone call. I will admit that saying I was ****** off was discourteous of me but I didn't curse or yell. I have left reviews on several other platforms and the response has always been that I cursed and yelled at them. I have since found other service and regret that I ever called to apologize. I think the woman that I spoke to at E & T Landscaping was very unprofessional and rude. In addition I think they should inspect the whole yard before deciding that it doesn't need to be cut.

They were helpful and knowledgeable and reasonable with the estimate.
