Description of Work: Called the Company. Arranged for them to call me the first week in April to let me know what day and time they would be out to do the job. I was told they came to Cleveland all the time and putting together a piece of gym equipment was common and quick. He quoted me a price, and we agreed on it. He did not yet have a specific time and date so he would call and let me know. That was a particularly good week for me and I would be able to arrange my schedule around his. Never called and never did the job I needed done.
