The owner,John Marsden,is an action person! I inquired late at night and John answered promptly and c ame over for the estimate the next morning.The followiing day a new garage door with the latest model opener were installed.. John is certainly great with the latest digital controls. Am extremely pleased with his fast and reasonable service. Bill Heese

Totally satisfied with John Marsden, the owner of Akron Canton Garage Doors, LLC. He was friendly, but most importantly competent. He was willing to explain what he was doing to me, a curious retired engineer, Oh, and the task was to replace both garage door springs. After completion of said task, he lubed all moving parts and adjusted the door opening chain for free; the opener is certainly quieter now. He indicated that I should call him directly if I encountered any problems with the door - and I believe him. Paul Eschenauer, Richfield, OH
