As I mentioned above, my remodel was done to my satisfaction and done correctly. While it may have taken a little longer than one would like, I know I have received quality work. I liked what products this company offered and know everything done was done the way it should be. I saw no shortcuts or methods used to just get the job completed. These guys are very conscientious and care about how they perform. They do what the customer wants and will even correct something if you are not happy or satisfied. For instance, I did not advise my worker (Jay) on how high to place my closet rod and shelves. He placed them substantially higher than what I would like. I said I could live with this but he did not hesitate to lower the placement by about 5 inches. Now I can reach everything better and I'm much happier. Another area Jay helped in was in the heating department. While the initial room did not have heat in it, a state of the art unit was installed on the wall. While this produces needed heat it was not enough to handle the extreme cold of the current winter. Jay suggested we get additional radiant heat in 4' and 8' sections. These additional heat sources provided the extra heating the room needed and it's now very comfortable. Things like this really matter when you are counting on someone to satisfy you and this company really strives to make you happy. No problem to change or correct things. I even noticed that Jay would correct something if he wasn't happy with it. He likes to make things nice and will fix anything if you are not happy. I liked what these guys did so much that I contracted them to redo the rest of my house. They are going to do electric work, drywall, lighting and floors. My whole remodel should be complete by late April. I really am confident everything will be done to my satisfaction and done correctly. Making the customer happy is AAHR's number one goal and so far they have not disappointed. I recommend them to anyone out there who needs a new bathroom, master bedroom, kitchen or basic room renovation to contact them for beautiful work and quality materials. They will not disappoint anyone!

I called them for a quote and they came over to do the measurements and such. I thought we had a great time and really clicked about the project. I even showed him my bathroom and possibly doing that at some point in time. He really seemed interested in doing the project. Unfortunately, they never contacted me back. I sent him a reminder email about it, and no response. I sent him a "have a nice future" email and please do not contact me I have chosen another contractor email after another couple days. No hard feelings I guess, but I don't understand why they never contacted me back? I guess I wasn't the client they were looking for, I guess I can't fault them for that. I have to be comfortable with the contractor and they have to be comfortable with me too I guess.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All American Home Remodeling. They were excellent !!! I would have them come back and redo another room in my HOME without hesitation !!! The process started with Chris King coming to our home, sitting down with my wife and I, and finding out what we wanted in our new kitchen. He then walked through our kitchen taking measurements, asking questions, listening to what we wanted and giving ideas of how to make it work. Then he sat down with us and explained the process and told us what to expect. The key thing being that he does not sub contract any of the work out ? all the work is done by his team. We had 3 remodelers come look at our kitchen, and listen to what we wanted, and I must say ? we were most impressed with Chris King. We were extremely happy when he had the lowest quote to do the job . His team of Mike, Debbie, and Jay did all of the work. They showed up at 8:00 AM every morning and worked to around 5:00 PM. They were extremely skilled, friendly, and accommodating !!! We felt very comfortable with them in our home for 5 weeks ? they became part of the family (truth). Their attention to detail was UNBELIEVABLE. They truly did a professional job. The kitchen was stripped right back to the studs (walls and ceiling), and the floor was taken up. The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch ? including plumbing, wiring, flooring, doors, walls and customer made cabinets with a recycled glass countertop. The team took great lengths to try and keep the dust / mess confined to the kitchen area and were successful. Rick and his team custom made all of our cabinets, and counter tops. To be honest, they came out better than we expected. We chose the material, and colors, and the AAHR Team delivered the final product. The whole AAHR Team had a ?can do / will do? attitude which made them extremely easy to work with. We were dreading having our home torn apart for 5 ? 6 weeks, but the AAHR Team made it feel pretty good. I just cannot say enough about them !!!! We asked for a couple of tweaks while the project was under way, and the answer was always ? sure. The best part is now when family and friends come to visit us, and see our new kitchen for the first time ? the first works out of their mouths are ? WOW !!!! If you are planning on doing some home remodeling ? All American Home Remodeling is who you want to go with. You will be very happy you did.

He is very attentive to the need of our kitchen. I thought he was very professional. He mentioned that they can do all the work without contracting with someone else. They can start on the job and stay on the job so we felt very positive about his quote. We would like to do that but we have to wait. He e-mailed the quote to me with the details and he completely explained everything.

Its another NO SHOW from an A rated Angies list. WOW. Called them for an inspection and made appointment and they never show. If you have insurance claim, dont tell them they want cash in hand...ANOTHER F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have the most positive reviews and that's what convinced me. I liked him because he was really nice. He seems to be an honest guy and that he is really going to do a nice job for me. I just had a good impression from him so I decided to go with him. Out of all the companies around and trying to find the best in the whole group, I just wanted to find someone who is really good and I just felt that he is.

We contacted All American to provide us with a quote for our master bathroom demolition and complete remodel. Chris contacted me very quickly and set up a time to come out to provide an estimate. While at the house he provided us with information about his company, the timeline for the job, offered suggestions and alleviated our fears about our water damaged floor. We had the estimate within a week and upon signing with All American, Chris came out again to go over the estimate in detail and answered any questions we had. I cannot stress enough the time Chris spent with us to go over every detail and to make sure we had a clear understanding of the job. A week prior to the job starting, Chris introduced us to Jon who would be completing the job. The job took 2 ½ weeks, during that time Jon left us notes regarding progress of the job, he also let us know if there was any change to his schedule (i.e. he would be late or only able to work half day). Jon always cleaned up every day and left everything neat and organized. Once the bathroom was completed it was a beautiful and we could not be happier. Both Chris and Jon assured us if there were any problems to please contact them and they would come out and fix it. We will definitely use All American again.

I didn't use them but I did get a quote from them, the problem is that their schedule doesn't fit my schedule. They are very professional and I liked the guy, I think he's the owner. He gave us a very impressive presentation and gave us all kinds of choices. The amount was attached to what we wanted to have done. I would have made them do the work but the time is the problem because we need to adjust the time that we schedule it to open, I almost want to sign a contract with them because we liked the guy very much. When we had the conversation, I think their price is fair including everything, we don't have to worry to select here and there but just because the schedule is that we need to wait like 6 to 8 weeks, something like that. They called back and they have a possible opening but we already found a contractor.

They were punctual, they left the house clean when they left. They were very impressive. The price was reasonable and the quality was good. I will use them again in the future.

They do excellent work. They were a little late on the schedule. They are very cooperative and were willing to work with our suggestions. The work was high quality.

I called them at a home show along with several other vendors. I went through a interview process. I found out all american seemed very professional. Based on the interview i went with them. It took about 8 weeks for both bathrooms to be remodeled. The on site guy was the best ever contractor i have ever worked with. It was one of the best companies that i have ever worked with as well. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

We are still working on the budget so didn't use them. Our overall experience with them was excellent. We don't have any complaints about them.

Very helpful in the design process, flexible and creative. Very high quality workmanship. Very high quality custom cabinetry. Only complaint is lack of follow on service requested.

All American stepped in to help me out with a Master bedroom/Bath remodel that needed to be completed that another company left me in the middle of. It was a very difficult situation to deal with, trying to figure out what had been done and how to proceed, but All American did a wonderful job finishing the vision I had and made it a reality. They worked well with me as they had the same attention to detail as I do. I have been told I am rather picking, but I feel if you are spending the money it should be done right. The remodel completion involved doing some beautiful tile work as well as building the personally crafted cabinetry for my master bath suite which was done very well. Very happy with the results. Would feel comfortable hiring them again.

They were very good, we liked them and they did a good job. They were very professional. We did not have to worry while they worked on the house when we were not home. Dwane is a very good guy and talented person. We were very pleased with the company and would use them again. We had a super experience.

This company does fantastic work! Once the project was started (a few weeks behind schedule, but worth the wait), the work was done quickly and very professionally. There was no mess to clean up, no problems whatsoever. Installers were prompt, neat and courteous. If we ever have another remodeling project beyond our own abilities, we will contact this company again.

1. The contractor stated he did not hire sub-contractors. My "team" was a single, sub-contracted worker who was in poor health. I give the sub-contractor a B for punctuality, but the contractor only showed up on the job 3 times during the 5 week process. 2. The 1st day, the subcontractor blew out the wrong wall for the bathroom extension, destroying a built-in buffet in the dining room. The dining room had just been DIY remodeled/updated. All American replaced the built-in buffet with wallboard but it ruined the ambiance of the room. 3. Once the correct wall was pulled down and rebuilt, it was one inch too short. The bathroom vanity can't have handles as the entry door would just knock them off. 4. The tank-less water heater wasn't powerful enough to provide hot showers once the weather turned cold. I called a professional plumber and had them rip out the whole thing and re-plumb it correctly (an extra $2,000). The $1,000 tank less water heater is now a door-stop. 5. The drain for the new shower was installed w/o a trap, not to code. 6. Permits were never pulled and inspections never done, even though my contract said they would be performed. (that's illegal) 7. The new walls were incorrectly taped/mudded and now you can see a crack between the wall and ceilings. 8. The trap on the bathroom sink drips. It's incorrectly configured for the "custom" cabinet. The sub-contractor did come out and put some caulk on it. Of course it still leaks. 9. The design looked good on paper, but doesn't work in reality. It's a difficult bathroom to maneuver in and definitely a horror for an elderly woman applying makeup. The excitement of upgrading one's home was definitely unrewarded by this designer. 10. My calls to correct the leak and seal the cracks go unreturned, even though I supposedly have a "1-year warranty." Keep in mind that if item # 10 had been attended to, I would have written the whole thing off as a bad experience and not posted to Angie's List. But enough is enough. Do yourself a favor and avoid All-American Home Remodeling.

We just can't say enough good things about this Company! Chris came out the next day after we contacted them and discussed with us what we wanted our dream bathroom to look like. He drew up a plan and went over it with us in detail what work would be done to make our dream bathroom a reality. Our bathroom turned out just beautiful and even better than we expected! John, the lead remodeler, was absolutely wonderful! We completely trusted John and would recommend him to anyone. He kept everything very neat and clean before he left each day and offered ideas and suggestions that we didn't even think of. We definitely will hire All American Home Remodeling again! They are very professional, polite, knowledgeable and dependable. If anything needs fixed or changed they do it to your complete satisfaction.

We had flooring problems which added time and cost to the project. But we knew that going in. Our re-modeler showed up every day and maintained good communication with us. I never had to wonder what was going on. He was unobtrusive and did not waste time chatting needlessly. We were able to continue homeschooling with minimal disruption. He came across a variety of unexpected issues, which he handled with ease. His work is beautiful. This bathroom is now the nicest and most well constructed room in our house!

I FEEL THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HONEST WITH ME AND THAT THEY WERE VERY KIND. SOME OF THE WORKERS WERE VERY EXPERIENCED. THEY LOOKED AT THE BATHROOM BEFORE THEY STARTED WORKING ON IT. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS CLOSE TO THE PRICE.

THEY ARE A VERY REASONABLE AND HONEST COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED IN WHAT THEY DO. THEY COME AND LOOK OVER THE JOB AND GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE THAT SAME DAY.
