Description of Work: I called seeking a retail location to have locks rekeyed. The lady who answered didn't say hello right away and was rude in answering my questions. They don't offer a retail location. When I asked if she could suggest another locksmith, she hung up. I called them in spite of the previous review about their rude customer service. They are still rude.

+ -1 moreDon't even bother calling. Their phone staff is the worst I've ever experienced. She was extremely rude and even hung up on me before I could finish asking a question. Tried to call back and she kept hanging up on me. According to their web site, I called the North Royalton office. I tried calling another office location to see if their was an owner of this company I could compain to (Brookpark Rd, Cleveland) and the person that answered their phone was extremely rude too! I don't even think it was the same person answering for both phone lines! Wow! I feel bad for whoever owns this company that this is the best you can get to answer your phones. I would recommend hiring someone who will respect your company and appreciate the job they have. If an owner or manager ever see's this review, I called (440) 536-8040 at 11:46am first - tried calling back a few times after she hung up on me, but she continued to pick up the phone and would hang up immediately - without even saying a word. Then I called (440) 328-8126 at 11:48am, and experienced someone just as rude . Date of both calls was Monday June 11th.

+ -1 moreThey are reliable. I have no problem with their service. They always keep their appointments and do what I ask.
Description of Work: I haven't used them in a couple of years. They re-keyed my house and fixed jammed door locks. I have twin door locks on everything and had them to match them up .
