They have been wonderful to deal with from the start. They are easy to get a hold of and walk you thru all the steps in the project. You cannot beat their financing options either.

Brian, Jared and Logan did a great job. Very professional. Explained project very clearly. Did repairs very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend them and Ohio Basement Systems for your work. Sales person was also great. Took time to look at basement and give a free estimate. Scheduling of work was very quick also.

Jay, Josh B. and Jared did a fantastic job. They were so polite and knowledgeable about the job. Jay made sure I understood exactly what they were doing and I couldn t be more pleased with the job they did. They completely cleaned up the worksite and except for the new beams, you couldn t tell they had been there. Overall very pleased with the crew and the work they did.

Chris shewell came out and inspected my system and installed new pump with battery backup. He reassured me since Groundworks has acquired basement systems all warranties will be honored.

DJ came out to residence to give us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. He was willing to answer questions and explained with great detail.

Basement Systems had installed in-house waterproofing and a septic system a few years ago. We had decided to get wall covering installed on the outside perimeter walls. The team that worked at our home was professional, cordial and respectful. The work was done quickly and with extreme focus on details. DJ came out yesterday to evaluate my bowing/cracked basement wall. He was great, answered all my questions, explained to me what the cause was and gave several options for repair without any pressure. The actual fix is a few weeks out (as expected) so Iâ ll be back to follow up later.
