Josh Rodriguez is great Ambassador for Ohio Basement Systems. He is knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain his process and answer questions. He is very neat and efficient in his workmanship and has great customer skills. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, yet leaves his work area as if he was never there. Nothing to clean after he leaves!

I give the foreman Brian from the first project, Matt from the second project and all of his crew a 5 star rating. They were Justin, Ralph, and Demonti as well to the sales rep Bert Rodriguez, and supervisor Adam.

Adam, Wilson, Hosea, Mario, and Deomonti are the best. Definitely would recommend them.

I was impressed from the beginning. The first person who came and inspected told us exactly what would be done, and it was very extensive. It cost a lot but there was a lot of work to be done. The work crew was fantastic, keeping us informed.

Rashawn, Thomas and LaRay did a wonderful job and walked me through all the work that was completed. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The work area was clean and free of debris when the job was finished.

Very impressed from start to finish. Chuck, who sold us the product, went out of his way to return to our property for additional questions, and was always available by phone for follow-up. The foreman, Lavelle, and his team, Rayvell and Clarence, were hard at work, and efficient and effective in their installation. Afterwards, I received a call from Adam to review the product and follow-up to see if I had any questions. To top it off, they were willing to return the following day and check in on the product and assist in other matters. Overall, very pleased.

Installed waterproofing and sump pump system in one day and worked very hard. Quality workmanship, and cleaned up well after the job was done! (The guys who worked so hard were Rashawn, Dan, and Robert R)

Larry's crew (Richard, Jeff, and Robert) were thorough, professional, and pleasant. They completed a big job in two days and cleaned up afterwards. Job looks terrific.

the crew of workers ( Lavelle, Ray, and Clarence) came on the appointed day. basement gutters installed ( solved the problem of master drain pipe hugging outside wall by routing bg around pipe. also solved problem working in small pump room in very tight quarters. finished on second day as promised. these men were very professional and gentleman.

Had water seeping in during heavy rains from where the wall meets the floor in my basement. Approximately 60 ft. Met with the salesman and got a good description of their product and company history. The crew showed up early in the morning. Jay, Roosevelt, and Shane worked hard throughout the day. Very professional. Found some additional issues after they removed drywall. Gave me some pricing and ideas on fixing those issues and kept me informed of overall progress. End of the day the work looks great. Looking forward to a dry basement. Liked the fact that Jay had been with the company for 3 years. Means they treat their people right and you are getting experience. Good closing call with Adam. Great job on the cleanup. Very satisfied.

I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!

The crew that did the work in my home Le Andrew, Nick & Dan communicated very well the entire day. They were on time. Very personable. Genuine in their care to do a top notch job. Answered all my questions as they worked. Explained everything every step of the way. Completed the work in a time they said they would. Cleaned all areas thoroughly & double checked everything before leaving. I can confidently say this was the best experience I ve ever had with contractors working on my home. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Systems.

Ohio Basement Systems did their best to provide quality service. Their lead guy worked very hard to insure that. His helpers needed monitoring however! The lead guy made second visit to resolve minor issues. The job required a full day to complete!

I am waiting on them to do the work,but i have an appointment set up.I am sure they will do a good job.

The concrete leveling was done very professionally and they explained the work all the way through the work.
