Excellent. On time, good value for the money. Really beautiful.

I found the company moved from Sinclair Road in Columbus, Ohio to Grove City Ohio. I spoke to the person and told them I needed sealer and I was told they have everything in stock. I drove the One hour,(one way) to the shop to pick up the supplies I needed. The only person at the front desk was in the back room sweeping. After I located her I placed my order for 4 gallons of sealer and a bucket of stone repair for my patio. At that time I was informed by the not so friendly and unknowable lady that the person who does the mixing for repair work decided it was a slow day and went home. The lady called the owner and told him the person who would do the mixing went home and the owner said he was on a job and would have to do that stuff later. The lady then comment to me, "I hate when they go on jobs!" I paid for the sealer and the repair kit and was told it will be at my house by FedX in 3 days. I left and there were 3 other customers waiting for help. It was obvious that lady did not know what she was doing and how to do what she was suppose to be doing. 1 week later I called in to see where my repair kit, that was promised in 3 days, was for I cannot do the sealing until the repair is done. The same lady answered the phone and said I remember you. I was not the stone that was needed to make the repair kit was not in stock and she should had called me to tell me there would be a delay. I asked when will I receive the repair kit so I can finish and seal the patio and garage. She told me shortly it will be delivered. I did not like the answer shortly, for the last time i was told 3 days and it never showed up. The lady put me on hold and came back with a disgusted sound, "Let's say 4 days!" Then we hung up. Nature Stone is great. It is just such a hassle to get the sealing product to repair and maintain nature stone.

The workers did a very good job of protecting the floors leading to the basement, were on time and worked very efficiently. It takes 2 days but is well worth it. This is the second basement floor we have had them do. It looks great.

Over the course of several days, I met several different employees. They could not have been nicer or hard working. They were happy to answer questions and really spoke so highly of the company in general, I felt like I'd really made a wise investment. I frankly also appreciated that they realize it's a rather hefty investment and don't take it for granted or cut corners. They gave clear explanations and directions and left things very neat and clean. Ever since the product was installed, I no longer have a musty smell coming from my basement and I do not worry about water coming up through the cement in either area. So was it expensive? Well, yes! But a major issue with water seeping in has been resolved and the floors really look beautiful and require very little care.

We purchased the Nature in March but it could not be installed until May. The sales process was pleasant. When May rolled around though I left 3 messages in 3 days and didn't revive a call back until day 5. I was told the delay was because they were extremely busy. I understand that but still a phone call takes 2 minutes and you already had 1/3 of the project cost as a deposit. All in all the install went well and the workers were very professional.

I love the product. It's durable and easy to maintain when taking into account the climate of a basement.

The covering was beautiful. They used stone with epoxy glue and put it on with trowels. It was a beautiful looking job when they got it done. However, after one year it started to get blemishes on it. We have a 10year material, 5year Labor and service warranty on it so they came out and tried to recoat it but it only made it worse. When I called them to come back out they told me they couldn't come out until June 12 then they pushed it back to July 09. It has been a full year before they could come back out and correct it. I lost 3 years on my warranty before they could come out and do something. Now I have a beautiful looking deck with blemishes in it. They can't even tell me what's wrong with it. They tell me they are going to come out and fix it but they never do. Response to Nature Stone Your confused ? Well I'm not According to my records . I have the right dates, names, phone numbers & pictures #1 Yes the deck was done Aug 2010 #2 Didn't hear from us until Aug.2012 ? Answer : Wrong: Correct Answer Aug 2011 #3Visited us in April 2012 to address the real problem? Answer : Never We have been begging for that . Aug. 2011 We called . We were told you were booked up & for us to call first of the year . Called Jan.2012, told me you do not start scheduling until March & promised we would be first on the list.AGAIN put off until June14,2012.you say you Power washed at no charge as a good will gesture . My copy signed by your employee reads customer power washed . He called & asked if he could come the evening of June 13, 2012 instead of 14th I told him I power washed floor in morning & didn't know if it would be dry said he had dryers when he came he said it was dry & top Coated It I told him it didn't take care of the problem he said to let dry for a couple days. Didn't solve the problem. You contacted us June 12 & Customer Said they were happy ? WRONG You sent a gentleman out on June 19,2012 to Heat strip & Recoat,then again I did the Heat pressure the day before & due to rain we agreed to let it go until 2013 & there was NOJOB WAS DONE THAT DAY. #4 You have not heard back from the customer since? WRONG. I have the order that was signed by your employee after he called his boss & set the schedule for June 12, 2013 . I called your office on June 11,2013 to tell them it had been raining & could we get it the following Monday June, 17 2013, your office girl told us no they only send people out in this area on Wednesday's . I told her I would like to have it done before July 4th she said no I only work here So I asked to talk to her boss . Hours later I got that call, and her Boss would not bend to get it done ,He said July 9th, we said come out June 12th & if it rained do it July 9Th, he said if I didn't take the July 9th & it rained June 12th I would be pushed to the end of July, 2013, so I had to take that date # 5 Now Nature Stone responds on June 24th & said he has not heard from this customer since 2012.? Answer: an employee called by phone by the name of Josh to respond about Angie's list on June 24th 2013 & I thought it was all resolved & he said July 9th they would be here & get the job done right 1 hour later I get on Angie' list & find all lies the he told. Customer would love to hear from Owner of This Company UP DATE ON NATURE STONE. On July 9, 2013 Nature Stone sent a gentleman out to address my problem ( White patches all through the floor of my deck ) He looked it over good and went to work to take care of the problem. I must say he worked very hard to make it right. I was very pleased when he got done. the deck looked beautiful and all one color. I told him I really appreciated his effort he put into this and thanked him . He was very well mannered also. Thank you again, Charles Bootman

I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate. Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating. The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing. Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing. Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag. Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages. I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price.

They were great. They checked in on things, and they did a beautiful job. They didn't mess up any of the wood work on the walls, and I really can't say enough good about them!

It went very well. The new floor made the family room look like a new room! The floor is beautiful! The work was performed efficiently and timely. I love it!!!

My interaction with this company started in 2010 when I called them to obtain and estimate to make repairs to my patio around our pool. The nature stone was installed before I purchased the home. They set up a date to complete the estimate; which was nearly a month later. 30 Minutes before the appointment the technician called and told me he was not going to make it but they would call me with an alternative date; they never did. The next spring of 2011 I called them back and set up a time for the estimate. Again the date had to be changed due to another project they were working on. When they finally arrived nearly 60 days after my call and gave me the estimate I was assured that the repairs would match the existing stone. The job was supposed to only take the afternoon to complete. It turned out to take nearly a month and 5 different trips. The work was sloppy, and the reparis did not match. I called the company on numerous occassions to compain that the job was not finished and nothing ever changed. Since this product was only installed by this company I had no choice but to use them if I wanted the repairs completed. Bottom line, the product is not durable, the company is a joke to work with and they don't keep thier word. After investigating them it became obveious that I am not the only unsatisfied customer there are many many complaints about them. If you review the responses to these compaints the company disputes the customer everytime. I would never use them again even if the product was something I wanted.

The garage floor looks great. Everything has held up so far.

Their product is good, but their warranty and marketing is horrible. Their marketing is terrible, and it is not what you think it will be. You have to pay for cleaning and after the first year, the product doesn't work. The sales reps mislead you when you buy their product. The worst part was the technician requested that we paid for work prior to finishing.

It well but our patio hasn't held up well at all. We called did not do any good.

The sealant dried a milky white. We had to have them come back out three times to fix the issue. They did improve the look, but it isn't perfect.

The sales representative told me the concrete surface should by prepared by filling in the minor cracks on the patios surface. Once completed and the installers arrived they would not install the stone epoxy mix because they needed the 1/8? thick patch to cure for 30 days. After a month they resurfaced the patio but would not allow me to keep the extra bags of stone I purchased. The warranty for the patio was 2 years materials and 1 year labor. Nature Stone?s contract says that they will come in the first year and apply the epoxy topcoat free of charge and the second year they will give me the epoxy kit to apply it myself. Less than 1 year after installed the surface has faded very badly and I called to request the topcoat be applied. Nature Stone sprung a hidden service fee of $264 for pressure washing the surface. I declined the service and pressure washed the patio myself. I received a call from Nature Stone stating only they can perform the pressure wash or they will not apply the topcoat. The only option they will agree to is for me to sign a warranty waiver and they will give me the materials to apply the topcoat myself. My complaint is currently being researched by the BBB and I found out they have +35 complaints filed against them and are NOT accredited by the BBB as they advertised on their website.

I was happy with the work that they did, but I think that the follow up that they normally do where they come back out and reseal never got done. They never came back. We were going to have them do some resealing and we're going to call them, but they haven't followed through. They say there going to to all of the work but they don't tell you they'll charge you for it. Upfront they do great work, as the product looked great.

They did the site preparation which included preparing the concrete to make sure it would bond correctly. The patio had a protective coat on it so they wanted to make sure it would bond properly. They installed the product then came the next day to seal the product. The experience went very well, they did a good job. The price is high, but you get a good product.

They never got back the references for us to talk to so we didn't use them. I was very interested in their product but they didn't get back to me. We had seen them at the home show and had them out to give us a presentation. The salesman called us back some times reducing the price and did numerous other things. We had eight different projects that we were trying to decide at that time. I thought their price was high but he kept coming down and coming down to where I wanted him to be, but he wouldn't give me any references. I am still looking for someone to do the work. The man was very personable and seemed very interested and kept calling. I began to wonder why they were so high in the first place. I wanted to make sure about them because I had heard some negative things about them. I wanted 3-5 references on their work. I had asked several times for the references.

The only thing that I didn?t like about what they did was that the installers didn?t preseal any existing cracks in my garage floor prior to installation of the new floor.

We did get estimates from other providers, but Nature Stone had the best references. We also liked the variety of colors and surfaces textures. The installation was scheduled and the guys were prompt and they cleaned up afterwards. It was very easy to work with them and we plan to do the remaining portions of the basement.

I am so thrilled with their work. It came out so beautiful! The patio was 40 years old, and had some major cracks in it. I saw their ad in the paper, and then went online to the Better Business Bureau. They placed a type of stone on it, and it was a fabulous product! It saved us from having to have all of the concrete removed. It comes in different colors. It looks like pebbles you would pick up on a beach somewhere. It covers any imperfections. I was thrilled with the finished product. They did the work in one day, and the next day we were able to go about our business. The price was better than having concrete poured, and the old removed.

We love the product but we're having an issue with the patio. Everyone has a different reason as to why that is. They don't seem to be very cooperative for the amount of money we spent with them. Now, the garage, which we just had done looks great but I'm told to not let it get in the sun or it will fade like the patio did.

the warranty work they did, after putting us off for a year, did not last either. they put us off another year and returned in 2006, and redid the cracked areas. By spring of 2007 the cracks were back and they rescheduled us for a re-repair but did not return that year. In may of 2008, they returned and did the warranty work over, but the cracks reappeared in just a few months. I notified them and they inspected the work but did nothing that year. This year we had a date of July 24th as the repair date but they did not show up or call to say why they did not come. I stopped into their show room on Sinclair Rd and talked to their branch service manager, Jim Cunningham. He told me that the home office had cut his staffing by about 25% but he would make sure our repairs were made on August 22, 2009. However he did not show up or call to say why not. Messages left on his voice mail go unanswered. I have seen Nature Stone ads that claim that they are Angie's List Super Service Award winners. That must have been before their staffing was cut and they started ignoring their customers. After submitted this report the company contacted me regarding my complaints. They came out and corrected the work when the weather permitted. Everything looks very good at this point. I did get a follow up call from their supervisor Jeff to makle sure I was satisfied with the work that they did.

They did a very good job. There were a few problems, but after a few calls we were able to schedule a time to get it fixed. I like their product.
