He did raise the price higher but we agreed to value in the middle just like a business would do. After he was finished I was so happy with his work that I asked him to do other jobs for me in the future.

Jimmy took the time to preview the project and suggested excellent ideas to improve the appearance. His work was completed very well and on schedule. He was very courteous and approachable while he completed the project.
