Frank was very prompt in returning my call and came out to look at the needed repair the following day. Once I agreed to have him do the job, he was very fast in getting back out to do the work. I am very satisfied with his work and would hire him again. It can be hard sometimes to find service providers to do small jobs such as ours. We had a small section of trim on the front of the house torn off by high winds. Frank also secured another area that he noticed was loose.

I was at my “wits end” trying to find contractors to do the repair work. No one kept their or return phone calls or emails until I called Monochino Construction and spoke to Frank. He was very professional. He came and inspect the job and quoted me fair price. What was even more remarkable he was able to start the same day and finished the job same day. I was totally impressed and very pleased with the job and how he conduct business unlike the others I dealt with earlier in the week. I would highly recommend him to others.
