I can’t believe how quickly they got my house clean. They came in very professional and friendly. We chatted for a bit before they were off to work. I was amazed at how clean my floors and bathroom got in the time they were in there. I recently bought my house and decided to clean it on my own prior to moving in. I was honestly disgusted by some of the things I saw, and have not been 100% comfortable, or felt clean living here, until after Missy Maids came and I got it professionally clean.

No Show no call Scheduled appointment 4 to 6 weeks ago Said she was available to start late September When I call almost 2 hours past appointment time to let them know I can’t wait any longer she says she’s too busy and not able to complete any services for me at all I waited this whole time I could’ve hired another company completely completely completely disappointed would never recommend

Very reliable, consistent, trustworthy...really a great service. The house is always spotless. Highly recommend.

Both crews were professional and thorough. I appreciated being asked about priorities and that they actually used mops and buckets on the floors, unlike another company. The kitchen and bath sparkle. Mom was pleased, especially after initially resisting help.

Terrible. Communication began poorly- was given an hour window of 11:15-12:15 one day then the day before was given a different time frame of two hours 12:30-2:30 the day before. Was told "this industry is constantly changing" was charged $245 for a move out cleaning. Per pictures below many surfaces were not touched. When this was brought to managers attention I was told mt expectations were not appropriate and "it doesn't have to be perfect" Their solution involved quoting me an additional 3 hours of work to come back out to complete the job. Terrible.
