M & G Pools

We have been reaching out via email, cell phone, text and office line for 4 weeks to have them fix the ongoing problem with our pool heater. Finally, I sent a Facebook message and they said we no longer service above ground pools. There was no notice given and we had a broken heater for 4 weeks mid season. We have paid all of our bills on time, a lot of those bills were due to the ongoing problem that was never really fixed. We have ordered new pumps, and the new heater from them. We have referred multiple customers to them. We reached out and were ignored for 4 weeks and then basically fired.

Problem was intermittent and difficult to diagnose. Several attempts were made addressing potential causes one at a time. System was always running after Matt left. System issues seem to be resolved after two weeks of continuous operation.

Matt is a true professional. He showed up exactly on time, and spent about 90 minutes performing a thorough inspection of the in-ground pool at the home I am looking to purchase. His 15-page inspection report was delivered later that night, and was incredibly detailed. He also walked through some of the considerations when owning a pool, and specific benefits and drawbacks to the pool he was inspecting. Would definitely hire again.

Matt was very professional and quick to respond with every phone call I had put into him. Matt and his crew opened and closed our pool. Matt came out on two other occasions to fix problems that arose during the summer in a very timely fashion. I would recommend M&G Pools to any pool owner.

I purchased a used Jandy gas pool heater for our pool and installed it but could not get it to fire up. I called M and G and spoke with Matt. He managed to work me into his schedule the same day and he inspected the unit and checked all the wiring for loose connections. Everything tested fine and after putting the heater back on line it fired right up. He explained the wiring and how the heater functions so I can check it in the future if the same problem arises.

Matt from Mand G pools opened our pool for the first time this year. He was super friendly and informative when I spoke to him on the phone prior to hiring him. He was able to send a crew out in a reasonable time frame. The two woman who actually performed the work did a nice job...they even worked through the rain! Matt called a few days later and came out himself to check on the work and look at our broken heater. He was very honest with us in telling us that we were due for a new heater. I completely trusted that he wasn't just trying to sell us something. He did his best to save us money and fix it but didn't want us wasting our money. We haven't ordered the heater yet but when we do we will order it through Matt and have him install it.

Joe arrived right on time. He was friendly and professional. He was obviously knowledgeable about pools. I pointed him in the right direction and he and another man got to work. He suggested I get my filter and quot;acid washedand quot; as it was grimey. He took it with him and it was returned about a week later. We have some liner issues and he discussed that and gave me recommendations on how we could repair or replace next summer.

Had several conversations over the phone with Mand G pool about my leaking pool and what might be the problem. Scheduled the appointment, he showed up on time and fixed the problem.

We are both VERY please with the professionalism, quality of work and integrity of this provider. I would most definitely use this provider again in the future and do not need to look further should we need additional services in the future. Thanks M and G Pools! Keep up the great work!
