Description of Work: Replaced skylight and added flashing that Franciscus did NOT do when they replaced all the roofs in my condo development. Skylight leaked after Franciscus installation, first time ever. Jilek employs master shinglers who take pride in their work. They were phenomenal!

Description of Work: We contacted this company about repair of a leaky roof. Someone came out the next day and as soon as he looked at it he explained that he did not handle flat roofs. He recommended another company, and they did the work. We were very happy with the work and impressed that Jilek was honest about inexperience with our type of problem and willingness to refer us to someone else.

Description of Work: Replacement roof. Elected not to go with one of the Storm Chasers and try to screw my insurance company (roof 20 years old). Everything went as advertised with Jilek. Prompt and competitive on the estimate. Slight delay in job start but completed within estimated timeframe and quality appears very good. Been a rough winter with lot of ice build up and no sign of problem with roof.
