He repaired downspouts and renailed the gutters. He also provided new hangars in certain areas. He was efficient and finished in record time. I highly recommend this company.

They did a fast, thorough cleaning of my gutters. My house is tall and it can be tricky to get to the gutter. They were professional and pleasant.

Tom is great--he dealt with a couple delays around our house purchase, but was very prompt when I was finally able to schedule his services. The house we just bought looked like it had gone several years without any gutter cleaning (there were plants growing in them!) but he took the time to clean them all out and "tune them up" so we'd be ready for the coming fall/winter. He also, at a last minute request, was able to fix the corner gutter that was accidentally crushed by our moving truck. The gutters look great and I'm happy to no longer see the plants growing out of them. Thanks again!

I had contacted Tom after my gutters had been neglected for a bit (and after a prior gutter cleaner did a less-than-stellar job). To was out quickly - within a few days, in a high-demand season - and gave a very reasonable estimate and was able to perform the work the same day. The work was done perfectly, and (notably) Tom left no mess or detritus strewn anywhere. I would absolutely use Tom again, and could not have asked for a better experience.

All gutter cleaning and leaf shelter did everything as advertised... Communication was great and they were very flexible with when I could have the work done.. When they were done with the work, everything was cleaned up nice and bagged so they weren't too heavy... I would highly recommend All Gutter and Leaf Shutter

The customer service was great. I needed to get an appointment as soon as possible because I had noticed with all of the heavy rain lately that my gutters were overflowing and of course should not be. The overflow was also causing a pooling of water near my basement window. When I emailed All Gutter for an appointment Tom followed up with me shortly thereafter via phone and told me he could do it early next week and he delivered on his promise. I was not home for the cleaning but Tom communicated to me what he was doing via phone and the clogs he discovered in the downspouts. It has been raining and I have not seen any gutter overflows so at this point I believe the problem has been solved. My neighbors have large trees so I will definitely use All Gutter Cleaning and Leaf Shelter again in the fall!

Awesome! I called for a quote, he came out that day while I was at work and quoted the job. I confirmed the quote and requested the work, he came the next day and completed everything. Came home from work today to a job well done.

Even though this was a small job. Company squeezed us in on a Sunday before winter set in. Cleaned gutters, caulked leaks and hammered in loose gutter. Excellent customer service and very professional. Will use in spring to attach gutter guards.

Called on 11-10 to set up estimate. Anthony stopped the same day shortly after I sent a message to them on Angie's List. I called the next morning (11-11) to accept the proposal and they were out later in the afternoon to get the project completed. Very professional & responsive. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Nice guys. Will definitely use again in the future.

Service provider was quick to come out and provide estimate and completed the job two days later. Did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what most companies offer with a gutter cleaning.

As part of our excellent service from B-Dry, they noticed that the drain pipe into which moisture would flow from the sump pump was clogged and they cleaned it out and suggested we have someone look at all the drainpipes. We called this gentleman yesterday and he came right out today to take a look. As we have gutter guard on our gutters, he was incredulous that our drainpipes were clogged and suggested that the problem may have been the ivy inserting itself at the top of the drain. He suggested that we keep a practiced eye on another drain the next time it rains, and if there is a problem, he suggested we get him out here again.

After requesting a quote, Thomas stopped in at my property without requiring me to be home. He promptly left a quote in my mailbox, as well as calling to make sure I knew it was there and offering to e-mail or fax it. He was very responsive, polite and professional. I had to delay it a few months, and when I contacted him again he said the quote was still good and they could come out in the next few days. True to his word, they were out shortly thereafter. Two workers cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up after themselves so well that the only way I knew they had been there were that the saplings that used to grow in the gutters were gone! I had a question on the old gutter clips that looked different after the job, and Thomas answered it right away. They left the bill in my mailbox with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The only downside to the job, if you could even call it that, was that my teenage daughter was home at the time, unbeknownst to the workers. She was in her bedroom upstairs and could hear them on the roof and said that they seemed to be having some difficulty with some things, and swore a few times. That's why I gave them a B in professionalism.

I was happy with the work they did when they originally installed the leaf shelter gutter guards, however, i am very impressed with the service that I have received since then. This year they came out twice to address the issue of water not draining from the gutters correctly. During the most recent service they figured out what was obstructed the downspout and fixed that. In addition, they fixed a few other areas where the downspout was bent. They called back to let me know what was done and did this all with no charge! I would highly recommend to anyone.
