I contacted All Gutter to see if they could help with my gutter problem. My gutters were spilling over the top and creating a deep hole/rut in our garden. The owner, Thomas Jaye, called back the same day and came out the next day and left me an estimate. I had contacted two other companies and comparing their estimates All Gutter came in the most reasonable for the work suggested. One company wanted to replace the only the problem gutter and his quote was more than double. Thomas assured me that they could fix the problem instead of replacement and he had also inspected all of my gutters and offered to fix, adjust and realign all of them for the original quote. I was guaranteed that this would work and if not I would get credit for what I had already paid to fix anything that was still not working. All Gutter was the only company to make this offer and I scheduled the work on Sunday and he was there on Monday. He told me that three of my downspouts were completely clogged and he fixed all of the problems. It rained this whole week and there have not been any problems with my gutters. Thomas also honored an additional discount even though the original quote already included it. Unbelievable service, warrantee, workmanship and my bill even came with a self addressed stamped envelope. Nice job All Gutter!

The sides of the house are straight up 2 stories, making it a tall job to clean the gutters. They were very responsive and professional. They came out almost immediately for an estimate and then quickly again after we agreed to the estimate. They made the business interaction pleasant and easy for me, the customer. We had them clean the gutters in the spring after another company screwed up the previous fall's cleaning and we had water overflowing the gutters all winter/early spring. They did such a good job and were so easy to work with that we had them come back in the fall after the trees were bare.

He always answers his phone or immediately returns your call (within 5 minutes). We have dealt with a very wet and stormy late autumn season, so it's been difficult for him to stay on schedule. Overall, the work was performed to my satisfaction. It was just difficult to get it done.

He came out quickly for an estimate and once I called back to accept he came out to clean the gutters within a week, which I thought was great considering it's November and they're pretty busy. He came on a Sunday so we were able to see the work being preformed. They used a blower to clean out the gutters which blew the leaves and debri all over the yard and wet dirt all over the siding, we had already had our fall yard clean up done, so needless to say I was a liitle irritated that he then blew all of the leaves in the yard. He was almost double the price of another quote I received that did the same work and he was triple the price of a guy that I normally use that just cleans the gutters. I thought I would get someone that did a little bit more to ensure the gutters were in place and I'm not even sure he cleaned the downspouts.

They were responsive in all facets of the process from initial phone contact to completion. My customer and I are very pleased. In addition, Tony came out again to clean the leaves out and asked if gutters were still draining properly.

They answered their phone on my first attempt to reach them. I explained the issue and they were out within two days to take an initial look at the problem. They returned several days later to inspect all the gutters and understand the scope of the job. They then quoted me a price, which I accepted. They said it would be about two weeks before they could get to my job and gave me a tentative date to do the work. About a week later, they called to let me know that it appeared that they would meet that date unless there was a lot of wet weather. As it turns out, they met their scheduled date and have satisfactorily completed the work. I was out of town when the work was completed and they left a voice mail to let me know it had been done. When I returned, they called to follow up and ask if everything appeared OK. I told them it appeared so and they encouraged me to call them if I noticed any leaking or other issues. They emphasized that they would take care of any problems that might appear and seemed genuinely sincere. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and intend to use them in the future to do regular cleaning of my gutters and any future repair or replacement that might become necessary.

Called Tom Jaye and he came out a few days afterward. He proceeded to rehang a portion of the gutter and replaced some spikes as needed. All work was completed satisfactorily. Tom was very knowlegeable and professional.

Did a great job! Had another company that quoted a lower rate. However, they weren't able to work with my schedule and would have had to come after the holidays, after family visited, and after my windows were freshly cleaned. I told Thomas from All Gutter that I was trying to get the gutters done BEFORE the windows were cleaned and company arrived - he did everything he could to work within my schedule and the gutters got done before the window people arrived. I was so grateful! And he did a great job. He was quick and professional. Would definitely recommend All Gutter and/or use them again.

Mr. Jaye was extremely punctual and professional. I called him on a Tuesday around noon to get an estimate and he left it in my mailbox when I got home from work that evening. Then I called him on Wednesday to schedule the work. He said that it would likely be early the following week. That Friday he snuck in, did the work and I had the invoice in my mailbox when I got home from work. The work seems to be correct. It rained the day after everything was done, and none of the old problems came back. Mr. Jaye was very friendly, easy to talk to on the phone and did what was asked very promptly. He quoted the Leaf Shelter system, which was a bit too much for us right now, but because he was so professional and easy to work with, we will likely go back to him when we are ready for a leafguard system.

Mr. Jaye came out within a week of my call, as he said he would. He and his helper were careful of the flower beds and cleaned up after themselves. The gutters no longer overflow.

Pretty basic job, 2 story home in Cle Hts needed gutters cleaned. Have large trees that clog gutter every year. Professional on the phone, out the next day, called to communicate a small (20min) delay in arriving. Showed up, did the work, explained what he was doing every step of the way. Professional, nice, hard working.

Showed up on time, great service. One of the gutters was clogged further down the pipe where he couldnt see and he came back a few days later and cleared that clog free of charge.

Came out, cleaned the gutters and repaired the one. Overall, very professional and reasonably priced. Only issue was more of a confusion on both parts. He was supposed to leave the bill in the mailbox, but must have forgotten. I couldn't remember the name of the company to save my life, so I couldn't pay them. I got a new invoice (though it didn't have the total), a few days ago, thank goodness!

He is very understanding and gave a ten year warranty with the gutter guards and a 20 year maintenance warranty. He is very reasonable.
