Everything went well. I've had to call Mr.Jaye back several times (not for anything he did incorrectly), but for birds that attempted to build nests!! He took care of this, even though a lot of time had past. I really appreciated his work ethic.

They came when they said they would. They actually gave me suggestions on repairs to my gutters to reduce the amount of destruction to my existing gutters.

Great service! The two guys who came by were very friendly and completed the work that day. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy the leaf shelter. Other companies try hard to sell their product and they respected my decision to just have the gutters cleaned for this year. Based on this, I will likely hire them to install the leaf shelter once we have the money.

Scott returned my call in about a day. When he came out - he was on time - was not pushy- explained everything fully on all my options. Polite, courteous and knowledgable. Cleaned gutters on first visit. Him and Tom ordered covers and came out a few days later. They tightened loose spikes and installed cover. Both guys were friendly and professional . Of course I found Tom of All Gutter Cleaning and Leaf Shelter here on Angie's List and my experience was/is a textbook example of how valuable Angie's List can be. I called Tom for an estimate on 5/9, he came out on 5/10 to quote. I called him later on 5/10 to accept his proposal to repair instead of replace along with Leaf Shelter product and installation. Tom said he would schedule the work the week of 5/13. I asked him if he could call the day before he would come out and do the work. Tom called on 5/14 to say he would do the work on 5/15 in the a.m. Tom showed up on 5/15 as scheduled to do the work. 3 hours later, all the work was complete. I basically wanted to wait to do his review until it rained and we received some pretty severe rain on the evening of 5/22 and all of his work exceed my wife's and my expectations!! Tom's costing isn't the highest and it isn't the lowest but what you get for your $$$$ is a true professional who treated my house as if it were his own. On top of all this, his work comes with a 10 year warranty!! All Gutter Cleaning and Leaf Shelter is a winner in my book!

Tom was very professional and he did not pressure me. He gave me an estimate in Aug and stood by the price in Nov. No mess, no fuss - called him New Year's Eve concerned about some ice. He actually called me back right away and reminded me that I'm covered by his guarantee.

Just purchased a home and the gutters had not been cleaned. Called on a Saturday morning and was able to get the gutters cleaned same day. The service was actually done by 11:30a that day. Incredibly responsive and prompt all of the way around. Service was performed fast and was very thorough. Had a few downspout elbows that were completely blocked. Elbows were removed and cleaned.

They were very good. They told me that they would take care of the gutter guard for 10 years, and also honored the Angie's List discount.

I was contacted within 24 hours of requesting a return call to discuss a time at which we could meet for an estimate to clean my gutters. The gentleman that contacted me (Scott) was very nice and professional. The job was completed the day after we agreed on what work should be done. Though I did not decide to have the gutter guard installed this year Scott did negotiate what I felt would be a fair price for it.

Responded immediately, came when scheduled and completed job. Second time i have used them. Very responsible company. I am quite satisfied.

Tom & Scott were on time made repairs to two gutters and cleaned out all of them. also cleared the out all of them. Also cleaned the gutters on my son's house in Lyndhurst.

Great experience. I called and was able to reach Thomas the first time. We immediately setup an appointment to get an estimate. Within a couple of days, he was at the house pricing the job. He even called when he was on his way. The estimate took about 10 minutes and I agreed on the spot with the costs. He also presented his gutter protection product, but it was completely no pressure at all....the way I like it. He came at the next available date(due to weather) and cleaned the gutters quickly. It was a great experience.

Called Tom on a Monday and the job was performed by Friday. I moved into this house five months ago and the gutters had not been tended to or cleaned for seven years. Rain had been leaking heavily due to gutters being filled with tree debris. Tom came out when he said he would (the next morning), and gave an estimate. Offered to do gutter replacement but $1200 was not quite in my budget for now, so went ahead with gutter cleaning and repair. Two employees came out that Friday and completed the job in a few hours. Several areas needed repairing, and the detached garage gutters needed cleaning. They performed the job, and it started to rain the next day and for the month or so thereafter. They gave me the invoice and told me not to pay right away, to pay attention to the gutters and make sure I am happy before I pay. Recently, Hurrican Sandy came through and the gutters maintained their toughness and were not leaky. Thank you for the prompt and quality service.

I reached Tom directly by phone. He came out within several days to give an estimate. Initial work was completed in the same week. He pointed out that the downspouts from our upper roof draining onto the lower roof were causing excessive wear of our roof. We had him return to extend the downspouts and put in a section of leaf shelter. We have been pleased with the results. Both Tom and Tony are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tom is easy to reach and calls before he comes to the house. He does a thorough job and guarantees his work.

Mr. Jaye worked diligently from 9 am to 6 pm and got the entire job done in one day! The work cost was very close to the estimate. He did a super job and is a really hard worker! I like that he is the owner and he does the work! We asked him to do a minor job at the end of the day (a Friday) -- connecting a third floor gutter that was discharging onto the roof and needed to be connected into the existing second floor gutter -- and he came back early on Monday and did it in about 10 minutes! He was true to his word and the service was excellent. He definitely delivered what he promised.

I called. Scott came out on 6/9/12, gave me a written estimate. They called on 6/20 to ask if work could be done on 6/21 . They arrived on Tues 6/21 in the AM and the job was completed by early afternoon. Great clean up job too!
