Description of Work: Call for an estimate, they call me back and leave a message to call back....and then tell me that they can’t do the winter. Not sure why they didn’t just say that on the message, instead of wasting 2 days with me thinking they were interested in the work.

[Member Name Removed], You had left us a message after hours and we called the next morning and left a voicemail. Once the weather changes to freezing we can not clean out the gutters until they thaw. That is why we could not perform the service. We like to explain to the customer about the freezing of the gutters over the phone so we can answer any questions then get the estimate if they are still interested. Once the weather changes we typically have a waiting list to clean once we have a thaw. I am sorry you feel like we wasted your time, but we always like to keep our customers informed.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do gutter cleaning in November, but due the gutter had frozen by then. They then came back to perform the work, but a ladder was broken and they couldn't perform the services. When they finally contacted me, they couldn't perform the work.

They were excellent to work with. They were very responsive to my request for a quote. They were very responsible when they were at the property. They were professional and friendly. They actually did a terrific job. They took all the screens out, cleaned everything and put everything back in. I was quite happy. It was all good. They called ahead and let me know when they were on their way. They set a time and they were here actually a bit early. Everything was all very good.
