My overall experience was excellent. The roof is not leaking which is a relief. I hired them because they had a good reference when I looked them up. I had received five bids and my handyman helped me pick them. He knew better. I couldn't pick them based on their price because the difference was not that big so I got help. They took a long time to get here but it was not their fault. The weather last fall was too bad and they couldn't help that. They did a good job. I would recommend them.

They were very professional and I was very satisfied with the end result.

Ed, the company serviceman, called before coming out to ask me if I would be available and advised at what time he would approximately arrive, depending on traffic. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional, courteous and pleasant. After showing him the leak, he explained to me what he thought he would likely find (through years of experience). He investigated the cause of the problem (a leak where sealant had worn away from a pipe) and reported back to me before progressing. He asked if the pricing had been explained to me (which it had via my return phone call from the company the day before). Ed then proceeded with fixing the source of the problem and took pictures (before and after with my camera as I requested), and using those photos, demonstrated how he resolved the problem. Campopiano Roofing was one of 6 Angie's List roofers I contacted and was the only one who returned my phone call the same day and was able to schedule the work to be performed. I would recommend Campopiano Roofing to anyone who had a roofing concern requiring prompt attention.

We had seen several jobs by Campopiano Roofing in our neighborhood and were impressed with their work and professionalism. We had estimates from four companies altogether and they were all very similar in cost. We chose Campopiano because we had admired their work and they had a good rating on Angie's List. We're very satisfied with the completed project. The craftsmen they sent here were very courteous, professional and creative problem solvers. Rick Campopiano and his staff were honest, responsive to questions and communicated promptly. We felt we were treated very fairly throughout the process and feel confident that they will stand behind their work 100%.

They were out quickly and gave me a good written estimate. They gave me a good price and everything, but I ended up using somebody else. They were very professional and very thorough. They called me back as a followup to see if I was still interested. They sent me an email with the estimate.

They were like my agents and did an excellent job. It was very good work and good communication. They address the problem and not try to expand their responsibility.

They did a great job. They couldn't fix it because there was a foot of snow so they kept coming out to stop gap it. They came out a couple of times to stop gap it so they really did take care of us.

In a word, this company is outstanding and we highly recommend them. From the beginning our dealings with Rick III have been pleasant and informative. Rick III took the time to inform us of what the job would entail, what the different shingles and roofing systems were and potential problems that could develop. We interviewed approximately 8 roofers and Campopiano Roofing was one of the few that walked the roof and went in our attic to determine a proper estimate. We also never got the feeling that Campopiano was sizing us up to see how much they could squeeze out of us. Other roofers came in over $1,000 and higher with their quotes. Campopiano Roofing is one of the few Northeast Ohio Roofing companies that is certifed as a Master Elite contratcor by GAF/ELK shingles. Based on this certification, GAF not only warrants the roof but the workmanship of Campopiano Roofing. Any questions we had were promptly answered and Rick III went out of his way to let us know it was okay to ask as many questions as we needed in order to make an informed decision. Surprisingly Campopiano was the only company that came out to give us an estimate that kept in touch with us during the decision process. It should be no surprise based on these facts why we chose Campopian Roofing. The job itself was flawless. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The crew was completely professional and you could tell they take pride in the job they do. In this era of declining work ethic this was refreshing to see. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up an in fact left my property cleaner than I had it to begin with. Several weeks later I still haven't found any debris including any nails. That is truly how clean it was. Included with this job was the 30 year golden pledge warranty from GAF/ELK which includes 20 years of no pro-ration if anything should go wrong. We are so pleased with Campopiano Roofing that we highly recommend them to all members.
