Replaecd my roof and gutters. They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

We needed to replace our existing roof due to leaking and wind damage. We had previously contacted our insurance company and they stated that our roof was just "old" even though we had been having issues with it since the house was approximately 14 yrs old. Initially, Rick from Campopiano roofing came out to give us an estimate for another repair. However, when he walked the roof and saw all the spot repairs that had already been done he felt the insurance company needed to come out again. When the roof was inspected two years earlier for damage, the insurance company came out when we were not home. Rick asks us if they offered to show us pictures of the roof? Of course, they didn't and he stated that the homeowner needs to be home during the inspection. There is no way to know if they actually walked the roof to inspect it. He advised that we have a roofer, the insurance inspector and a third independent inspector present for the next inspection which is what we did. The roof was indeed wind-damaged and needed to be replaced. Prior to this second inspection, we had already paid for approximately 5 spot repairs due to leaking and missing shingles. Campopiano roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Rick was very helpful in assisting us pick out our shingles. He provided us with addresses of past jobs so we could narrow our decision and see our selection already installed. We wanted a more dimensional look so therefore achieving the look we wanted was very important to us. Lastly, the office kept us informed regarding scheduling etc. The team that came out to our home was professional and courteous. Prior to completing the job, my yard, flower beds etc were spotless. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The new roof completely upgraded the exterior of our home.

Campopiano Roofing helped us with an insurance claim and subsequent repair for roofing and skylight. They worked with our insurance provider to settle the claim. The company was extremely helpful and professional. The crew showed up on time and was clean, neat, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Campopiano Roofing's employees were very professional from start to finish. The GAF roof they installed on our home turned out beautiful. The siding and shake that they installed on the house looks really good too. Our home just got finished being framed right before Hurricane Sandy hit and they made a special trip just to dry in the roof so that our interior didn't get too wet from the storm. They also worked well with the other trades building our home. It is easy to see why a lot of builders trust them to handle the exterior of new homes.

Installers were professional and neat. All debris timely removed job completed on time.

They were very prompt at providing an estimate and meeting with us. They completed the roof in a day and provided very good service. They did an excellent job. They did a great job cleaning up afterward as well.

He seemed knowledgeable at what he does even though it had nothing to do with roofing. No pushing sales, rather facts and advise. I especially appreciated Rob's honesty, which is hard to find amongst contracts (at least the ones I've dealt with).

From the very beginning of looking to replace my roof, Campopiano Roofing was there for me! I am selling my house and I knew I had to get a new roof. Ricky, their friendly and knowledgeable sales person gave me many options and found something that would work in my price range. Although I shopped around they had very competitive pricing and quality. The next step was actually getting the roof, given the fact the weather is so unpredictable in Cleveland, they ensured me the second the weather broke they woudl be there to put on my new roof! Literally the first sign of above freezing temperatures, they were there with my new roof! They got it done quickly and cleaned up nicely after! You would have no idea I just had a crew of workers over ripping off an old roof if you saw my yard! Great job and thank you!

The estimate process is the best part of doing business with Campopiano Roofing. After the estimate the service went down hill. They did not show up as scheduled. I had to call and then was informed they would not be able to do the scheduled work until two weeks after scheduled date. Causing a delay with the other contractors who could not complete their work until the roof was complete. The roofers entered my property without permission and used my electricity. They are suppose to bring generators, but for some reason failed to do so. Instead of receiving a bill I received harrassing phone calls and voicemail messages from George Campopiano. A terrible experience. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. If I knew I would have such a horrible experience I would have went with another company. I guess you get what you pay for!

I heard of Campopiano roofing from some friends as well as others on my street. We had a terrible hail storm come through and my roof was damaged to the point of no return. I had a few other companies come out to give an estimate as well as Campopiano. They were all fairly similar in price, but the professionalism that Campopiano showed when they came out was second to none. You can tell that they have been in this profession for a long time. They had my old roof ripped off and new roof done in one day. There was no mess (old shingles, tacks, etc.). Everything was covered in tarps and they were careful around delicate plants and shrubs. Overall, I would highly recommend using Campopiano Roofing for all of your roofing needs. Job well done!

We receiver 3 proposals. Campopianos was the most responsive and professional in making their proposal. They were also the most honest inndescibing what they would do and how they would perform the work and charge. Campopiano was the mid priced proposal/estimate. We chose them because of the honesty, complete description of the work and their obvious integrity. The work was started when they said it would be and completed on time and within their estimate. The crews that did the work were always courteous and responsive. We were aware of any scheduling changes. There were few if any changes or variences to the work and these were discussed and resolved immediately. We were very pleased with the end result and the quality of the work. We are very pleased with the results.

It went really well and everything was good. That is really it. They were a little busy around the time of my appointment, so they were a little bit late. However, they took care of everything once they got there.

John came out to look at our house and discuss the job. Within a couple days he got back to me with a quote. I accepted, signed papers, and selected my materials, etc. a few days after that. John scheduled the job after about 5 weeks (it was already late in the year, then storm Sandy hit, preventing it from being done sooner). Two man crew did the house one day and the garage the next. They cleaned up well. They even did me a favor by putting in a vent for a new bathroom fan I installed. A separate crew came out to do gutters a few days later. John followed up right away to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Company worked with us on our time schedule to coordinate with other work we were doing. Not all companies would do this. You work on their schedule.

I had estimates from 5 companies and the price I paid was very fair. They also provided a superior warranty backed the manufacturer. They did the work when they said they would and completed the job in one day rather than the initial estimate of two days. The crew worked very hard for over 12 hours and cleaned up quite well afterward. I had requested for the job that I not have a dumpster in the driveway and Campopiano accommodated my request by using a wheeled trailer instead. Overall they did a first rate job and I would highly recommend them.

The purpose of this work was to help with the ice build up in the winter. We still got icicles, but nowhere near as dangerous as before.
