Description of Work: I called a couple weeks ago and left a message to which no one responded so I called back a few days later. They scheduled someone to come and take a look at my gutters June 8th. When he did, I explained exactly what I needed - my back gutter re pitched and a downspout added. My gutters are only 2 years old so I didn't need new ones. I waited until Friday for a quote, when I called asking why I never received a quote. I was told it had been mailed to me, and would I like it to be emailed instead? I received the quote through email, and it was the wrong quote. I called back to get a corrected quote, and a different, also wrong quote was sent to me. Both quotes were for new gutters. I emailed them back asking for a correct quote, and 4 days later, I have yet to hear from anybody. It was very unprofessional and very inefficient time wise, as well as they were unable to understand I needed my existing gutters corrected, not replaced with new ones.

Description of Work: They repaired slipping shingles on our roof. The entire experience was wonderful! When the young man came to examine for the estimate he fixed a open place with some glue because severe storms were expected, fixed it at no cost! |The same young man came to do the repairs about a week or so later. He was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions from a solid knowledge base. He came and worked, he cleaned up and took extra caution not to damage any of my plants! |This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. When we rplace the roof we will be utilizing their services again. I am a very satisified customer!

Description of Work: Our roof was leaking and we thought it was going to be time for a new one as this is the original roof and the house was built in the early 90's. Camponiano came out and checked things out and told us that we still had five years or so left on this roof and that we just required some minor fixes. He came back a week later and took care of things for us and I am ever so grateful to them. I know there are countless others out there who would have said the only fix was a new roof NOW! Description of Work: Campo Roofing came out and checked the roof for me. They said it was probably good for 2 or 3 more years. They also checked my gutters for me and said they were clean. I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and they said it was probably the sanitary stack. They went up on the roof and sealed it and repaired a few shingles that were starting to loosen. They told me Happy Easter and charged me nothing. They also gave me an estimate of what a tear down and new roof would cost me. I will definitely use them when that is necessary.
