+ 0 moreService was great. Repairmen stated e- bill would be sent with the charges for battery and service call. We were billed for 3 hours - actual time - 23 minutes. My video recorder allowed me to quote company the exact time frame repairman was here. Company promptly corrected the billing and apologized for the error. That video saved us $300. The corrected fee was very fair and reasonable.
Description of Work: generator needed battery replaced.

+ -1 moreHe just comes out, takes the whole thing apart and makes sure it works again when we need it. We have a service contract so that's why there was no charge this time.
Description of Work: He comes out to check our generator and take it apart and make sure it works when and if we need it. He noticed that it had run many hours. With Storm Sandy, we were without power for days and we were the only ones on the street with lights. We do love our generator.

+ -1 moreJohn Sidol, from buckeye, explained technical details clearly, demonstrated the kohler generator mounted on his truck bed (remarkably quiet) delivered the generator prior to installation, and did a thorough check run after installation. Very knowledgeable individual.
Description of Work: Buckeye is the regional supplier (wholesaler) of Kohler backup generators. They will explain operation, demonstrate & provide a list of approved electrical contractors, choose one, & buy generator, approves installation & does a checkout run after installation.
