Found out my two furnaces were on the same circuit when I had one recently replaced and needed to rewire them to separate circuits. Was able to come quick to give a quote with reasonable prices. Work was completed as asked and was courteous and professional. I asked to get two new outlets installed that I figured he could come back for another day once this job was done but he was able to complete this job the same day with again reasonable prices. I will call again if I need more electrical work done

Mike and his team did a professional job installing our generator. I would hire them for other electrical work we need done and refer them to anyone. Pricing was very reasonable.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The work was done on my mother's home while I was visiting from out of state. Mike came to the house for an initial call to look at the basement because the light switches were not working. He quickly identified issues with the panel and outside service. He was able to schedule those upgrades during my next visit to town. On the day of the upgrades Mike and Rob were on time, gave us plenty of warning before the power was shut off and were very thorough in showing me all the work that had been done and answered any questions I might have had. They pointed out some additional work that will need to be scheduled in the future. Rob and Mike were terrific. Rob played great music while he was working in the basement and Mike made sure to show me where the electric line to the house was in need of repair by the power company due to pressure from tree branches and wire coverings that had begun to decay. Mike even checked in a few weeks after the work was done to see if my mother had any problems. She did not. I will definitely call Advanced Tech for work on the house.

The job went okay. He arrived on time and honored the initial quote for the work done; however, when I paid him he said he would email my receipt. That was July 9th. I have texted Mike several times since then requesting my receipt but have still not received it, although my check has cleared the bank. I gave him the check in good faith that he would send my receipt like he said. He has not responded to my last text sent 3 days ago. While I might have considered using the company for future work, I am not happy with the lack of responsiveness to my request for a paid receipt. I understand that people are busy but it's been almost two weeks. It took only two days to cash my check.

Advanced Tech LLC arrived when they said they would. We had three electrical panels that were out of date and would have never passed a home inspection. We now have two with room to add on if we choose to. They were very prompt in responding to texts/inquiries. Cleaned up after themselves. Owner gave estimate over the phone. When I was ready to move forward, the owner called me back and left voicemail. I called back multiple times with no response, so I went with another company. Not everyone is available on the 1st call back due to being in work meetings, etc. This guy clearly needs some help running his business

I have a very busy schedule as does this contractor, but after several calls back and forth, we finally talked and agreed to an appointment between 1 & 3 on Friday. He was to give me an estimate for work to repair an electrical problem as well as install additional power in the kitchen. He NEVER came nor called and left a message! Our initial conversation was friendly, but he made it clear that he 'never' went out on a call unless he was going to make a minimum $137, however, he said he would come give an estimate since I have a job that may require several hours of work. His office is about 7 miles from me. Being a business person myself, I can appreciate that time is money factor. However, if all that you are interested in is the money and concern for "your" time, then I have to question your work and whether you would be ethical in regard to the job and fee. The fact that he did not show up, speaks volumes and I will NEVER call him again. He obviously had a job or something came up that was more important than showing customer courtesy and consideration. Interestingly, he called my home about 12 noon that day but did not leave a message! I was unable to get to the phone to answer it, but when I did, I got his voice mail and left the message that "I have you on schedule for today between 1-3 and assume that is why you called; I am expecting you." So, he never showed up, I took off work waiting for him all day which cost "me" money, and he never bothered to call with an explanation. Very unprofessional!

This is my first house and first HT project. I got a quote from a provider which was way high. Then I decided to buy all the equipment my self and seek help. I approached Mike after reading many positive reviews here. He is very nice, professional and very knowledgeable . He promptly made a visit to my house and looked at the room. He gave an estimate which was very very reasonable. I don't think you will get a better quote than this for this work. Despite his busy schedule, he accommodated my job and completed it on time to my complete satisfaction. He is very patient and polite. He listens to your concerns and does not force / rush you with his suggestions. He came with another guy. They spent almost 8 hrs and did an excellent job. At the end they cleaned up the room and even arranged the furniture. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend Mike and advanced technologies to who ever is planning to set up a HT. I am going to use his services in future for my lighting and music needs.

Rather than rewiring the whole house, they provided a great mix of wired and wireless controls and speakers throughout our 100 year old home. It brought the music and network system up to date, allowing controls via computers and iPods. The quality of products and service is top notch. They did save us a ton of money by integrating new system with our old set up. Highly recommend them.

Just moved to the area and bought a new television and soundbar for the family room. I decided I'd like it professionally mounted so all the cables were concealed and the end result looked very clean. Before talking with Mike, I called several companies looking for the right one. Some folks gave me outlandish quotes for such a straightforward job, and I scratched them off the list right away. Mike was the final person I called, and he offered a very reasonable rate - but what really sold me was that he made sure to ask questions fully understand exactly what I was going for, and he seemed to really know what he was talking about. He was able to schedule me for the following Monday. The next Monday, he called me to let me know he was on his way, and arrived at the house during the time window he had scheduled for me. He was professional and courteous - e.g. he put down a sheet so as to not get the carpet dirty. From start to finish it took about 2.5 hours and I couldn't be happier with the result. One thing that distinguishes Mike from other people I've worked with in the past - he didn't try to sell me unnecessary cables, mounts, etc. He was happy to use what I already had. I'd call him if I'm ever looking for more home theater or electrical work - and you should consider doing so too.

Took special efforts to place cable in a manner that it was secure and out of site on the outside of the house. Made sure the antenna was properly placed, secured and connected. Was courteous and professional.

Mike was great throughout the entire job. He spent two hours with me on the first visit just to quote the work. We discussed various options for the room, and determined the crown solution to be the best. I bought some supplies from him too, including the outdoor speakers, oscillating wall mount, HDMI cables, audio cables, and infrared remote kit. Prices were fair, works was done professionally. Mike made sure to clean up every night before leaving too. I would recommend him to a friend or family. The final product is a great looking and sounding surround sound setup in my family room!

very well. This was a complicated system which we didn't completely understand but he was able to figure it out and install and connect the appropriate equipment.

I scheduled the installation. They showed up on time and were able to use the antenna I had purchased. He was also able to use much of the cable that the previous cable companies had already installed in my house from basement to living-room to 2nd floor. He lined up the antenna in the proper direction - which seemed to correspond to the coordinates I found at www.antennaweb.org and then we tested it. We hooked it up to my TV (with Tivo) and tested it. It took about 15 min or so to scan for the channels, and he tried to enhance by installing an antenna amplifier, but that didn't help. We were missing one PBS station that I wanted to get but couldn't. We went through the scanning one more time to make sure everything worked properly. Then we repeated the TV setup for the 2nd floor TV, without a Tivo. I get all of the basic over the air channels as noted in www.antennaweb.org/ for my area. Crystal clear, very few outages. He did a nice job with the installation - antenna mounting and wiring, indoor and outdoors -very neat and clean.

Mike was very through and quickly resolved the problem. I thought the entire antenna would need to be replaced, but it was just a simple part. In addition he installed some coax lines to other part of the house.

Mike Urbassik did an excellent job. He was very responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and did a nice job. I am convinced that he can be trusted to do good work. I would recommend him to anybody looking for antenna work or any of the other services he provides.

The job was started Monday morning and finished in three days as promised. The team was prompt each morning and did an outstanding job. I was particularly impressed with how they were able to integrated all the components and wires despite a less than desirable set up in my basement.

Mike answered the phone when I called, and, after hearing my request, explained what he could do and set an appt. He does not do estimates for small jobs like mine so went over prices with me over the phone, depending on what I would ultimately choose to do. He phoned ahead the day of the appt to confirm and showed up on time. He was very polite and courteous and did not in any way pressure me to do more than what I wanted. At completion of job, made sure TV was functioning as promised.

The service provider that we first used for our theater system completely screwed up our system. He came out and was so attentive and so nice. He is perfect. He let us know what they did wrong, and that they had broken the receiver. He also let us know that certain cords were not up to code and it could have been a fire hazard. He is wonderful. Price is per hour is about $50-70

It went very well. I first called about a week ago. Mike called me back and we scheduled a time slot for this afternoon. He called about a half hour before he came. First I showed him what digital channels I was getting with my converter box and only the indoor antenna. He brought 2 antennas with him, just in case the first one didn't get all the channels. He then went to the roof and hooked up one of the antennas, and attached the necessary cables in the basement, through the family room wall and into the converter box. Then he had me re-scan for channels with my converter box. What a difference! This time, I got 3-1, 3-2, 25-1, 2, 3 and 4 and many others plus all the channels I got before with the indoor antenna. The first antenna worked so he didn't have to install the 2nd.
