as a 70 yr old, i'm technologically 'challenged'. it turned out to be a simple matter of moving two wires from where they were attached to another site which took all of 30 seconds. For this I paid $91. you be the judge

Found the problem quickly. There was some miscommunication about the time of the appointment but the company was willing to work with our schedule.

Mike was wonderful and did the work superbly. He was gradious and answered all questions and worked diligently. He was there when he said he would be and called me when he was coming and gave me an hour to get home so that I would not be sitting and waiting all day. I appreciated his consideration. Overall the service was good. I only wish they had cleaned up after themselves before they left, thus the lower rating.
