Solved the issue quick

Mike the Master Electrician assured me he would be on site for the full job. 2 new light fixtures and track lighting installed and three celiing fans moved. It was a $770.00 all day job. He didn't show up once. He sent to of his less experienced men that REAKED like cigarette smoke so bad it stunk up my whole house. We made a mistake and ordered the wrong track lighting (we went into the store at Home Depot and ordered the lights online right in their store with their so-called lighting experts) so they couldn't install it. He didn't do that part of the job but his men charged me for the work of installing that track lighting anyways, which was part of the cost of my original quote... When we got the correct lighting in, I called Mike to have him come back out and finish the job. He didn't return my call. I finally got a hold of him directly by calling back and he told me that if he came back out, he was charging me for a HALF DAYS WORK of LABOR! They are only located within 5 miles down the road in Twinsburg. I live in Sagamore Hills. Now I am stuck with track lighting with no lights until I pay another electrician to come out and finish the job. Over priced and extremely POOR and STINKY service.

We had a new breaker and several outlets installed in our unfinished basement. Extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Very nicely and neatly done. The technician was neat and courteous. He cleaned up when he was finished. We would hire Advanced Technologies again.

Little scheduling mishap was resolved same day. It was a pleasure working with Mike and his assistant. Will definitely hire for future electrical work in my home!
