They were running a special. The installed a code in the car that I was not aware of and I was not thrilled by that. There was a water proof mesh in the car that they left wet and I did not like that. I did not go back to them. I used them because they are close to my house.

I saw a Groupon for half off of interior car detailing from this provider, and purchased it as a "treat" to myself to get my car cleaned up, since the kids can be pretty h****** it. The service was excellent and the quality of the cleaning that they performed exceeded my expectations. It took a bit longer to finish than what they original promised, which was a concern as I had somewhere to be. Upon completion they called and informed me that I would need to bring a hard copy of my Groupon discount coupon to the store with me because I had elected for Groupon's mobile coupon option. According to Groupon the provider was required to honor that, but according to the Ziebart representative that I spoke with on the phone, he was told that he had to collect a hard copy. I had to speak with a second person at the store to explain the situation but they were able to write down the code from the mobile coupon and call in approval without a hard copy, which was satisfactory for me.
