Beyond poor.
Description of Work: Estimate for running plumbing and drain for new bathroom and for water heater upgrade. Was promised email estimate by the following mid week. When nothing showed up I called to inquire. Estimator did not pick up or return phone call. I asked him to just let me know if I would get an estimate or not so I could plan. No response. This was a giant waste of my time scheduling the appt, showing him around, then waiting a week for estimate that never showed up. One word: rude.
