Great, as usual. However this year the professional identified a sticky valve, and rather than selling me a several-hundred dollar replacement, disassembled it, cleaned it, and reassembled - at no extra charge. When I thanked him he noted that he "... needed to sleep at night ..." and treats his customers in the manner at which he would work on his own home.

The work was done very expeditiously and done well.

They were very professional and the repair was first rate.

So far things seem to be working fine.

They did a excellent job. They're a small company so they don't have many employees. Wen they do come out, they are very prompt and they get the job done. They bill me afterwards. I don't get billed at the day that they come out. I would use them again in the future.

I needed to have the gas lines at a rental house tested. I called at 9 am on Tuesday and explained the situation. I was told that they would not be able to do it that day, and I said that an appointment in the next few days was fine. I asked if my tenant should call to schedule the appointment, and I was told that the company would call her. My tenant informed me Thursday evening that she had not heard from Troy Plumbing. When I called on Friday morning at 8 am to question the status, I was told that they would not be making an appointment - just that tenant would be called an hour or two prior to the plumber's arrival. As the tenant works and the individual I spoke to could not even estimate what day it would be, I fired Troy Plumbing. 72 hours without any attempt to schedule an appointment and then the expectation that the tenant would be able to drop everything to meet the plumber with only an hour notice is unprofessional and not acceptable.

We keep using them because we have good experiences with them. They are easy to get hold of. Depending on the situation is they come right away that day or the next day. We get good services from them at good prices.

I was very happy with Troy Heating and Plumbing. Besides repairing the furnace and the sump pump, the man even brought another sump pump to clean out the water in my basement. I don't remember the price, but I know it was on par or even better than other companies I heard about. They came much faster than I thought they would and finished the job in under two hours. I thought they went above and beyond with their service.
