It was good. They are very busy, so it won't happen right away. They were good.

I called to schedule an appointment to receive an estimate. I left messages on at least 2 different days with no response. I finally reached them at 8:00 am on 5/1/13 and scheduled an appointment for 5/13/13 at 4:30 pm. They then called me back that same morning around 11:00 (the same person I talked to at 8:00am) in response to my message. She was totally surprised that I had already scheduled an appointment and didn't seem to care when I told her that I had continued to call because I didn't receive a timely response to my voice maill messages. I got stuck in traffic on my way home for the appointment on 5/13/13 and didn't arrive till 4:40 pm. At that time, the rep for Tree Care Inc had already left my home and left a hang tag on the door advising that I had to call to reschedule. I tried calling the office hoping they could reach him and possibly have him return, as he shouldn't have been far away in just 10 minutes. However, once again I was unable to reach anyone at any of the 3 numbers publicized. Someone did call me back on Tuesday morning, 5/14/13, to reschedule and she acted like it was unreasonable for them to wait a few minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time or to try to call the customer to see how close they were to getting home, as they made no attempt to contact me. She offered to reschedule the appointment, but the first available appointment was for Monday, 5/20/13 at 5:30 pm, and I didn't have availability. I asked her if they were always right on time for their appointments, so a customer could tell them to leave if they were 10 minutes late and she said they keep the appointments they schedule and made it sound like I was crazy for thinking they'd ever be late. After waiting 2 weeks already for the initial appointment, I am unwilling to wait another week just to get the estimate. If it takes that long to get an estimate I'd hate to see how far out they schedule appointments to actually perform the work. Even though this company was highly recommended by an aquaintance, I won't be doing business with them.

Great, no worries

The owner is my veterinarian’s son, so I knew about them through my veterinarian. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. They are tidy; they cleaned up the yard very well after all the limb cutting. My trees look great from the fertilization; I have a big dogwood that bloomed beautifully this spring. They have been able to keep the Japanese beetles down enough that the trees look healthy. They may be more expensive than some less expensive tree cutters but I have seen what some of the less expensive have done to some of the trees in the neighborhood and they look like they have been mangled, but my trees look beautiful and so I think it’s a case of I get what I pay for.

The experience has been very good so far. We decided to use them because of the technique they use to trim the trees when compared to other fellows. They trim out the branches individually as opposed to whacking off the ends. They were referred to us by the company that sprays our trees. Their price seems to be reasonable.

Tree Care Inc. gave us a bid for the removal of 3 trees. The company seems to have really good knowledge and has done tree trimming for us in the past. They are honest but might not be the cheapest around.

The pricing has been good and it's always less than expected. They do a very professional job, they always clean up the yard after their work. They send an arborist out to determine what is best for the tree. They do good pruning and tree removal, but they do not top trees. They also attempt to save a tree before cutting it down.

The two workers were prompt and did a good job.

Excellent service. Arborists came out for estimate and walked through what was required as well as commented on overall health of trees. Took time to educate us on what to look for in health of trees. Follow-up calls after work was done and even had an onsite check of cable to show us where it was located and how that helps the tree.

We started using this company because our neighbor recommended them to us. They have turned out great for us, they do good quality work and are good about prioritizing especially now that there have been a lot of strong winds, they come in and take care of the immediate problems, clean up and get rid of big branches, and then come back for the rest.

They sent and arborist over for the estimate to determine which trees needed to come down. The crew was very polite, professional and quick (less than 4 hours). They also did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. They used a compressor and blew the debris off my deck and yard. It did take about a month between the estimate and the work but that was largely because of the weather.

IT WAS LIKE WATCHING A BALLET. THEY HAD TO BRING IN BOOM TRUCK AND TAKE OUT SOME SMALLER TREES TO GET TO THEM, BUT IT LOOKS NICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
