I have never been so satisfied by any company as I was by Totton and Son Garage Doors highly recommend.

Our garage springs stopped working one day morning before we go to work. From Angie’s list I found Totton and son garage door based on customer review. Called the company, Totton responded and come quickly and replaced both springs. Later day, My husband found It was too tight then called Totton who come back in the evening same day, fixed the issue. We’re very happy with the work.

They never returned my voicemail I left.

Mark ordered the replacement part just to find out it was back ordered- waited for almost a month for the replacement. Decided to replace the entire garage opener- mark felt so responsible about the work delay, even though he was not responsible for it, but made sure i was taken cared of. So he offered to complete the replacement garage opener base price without the labor fee. I was so shocked he offered that, but he wanted to make sure i was taken cared of. Thanks mark! I will always call him in the future.

Totton and Sons Garage Doors were on time and as advertised! The tech came on time and corrected my problems. He was knowledgable and skilled. Mark did an excellent job. He inspected the door and advised of some installation and maintenance issues. He explained all of the repairs that he performed. The quality and cost of the repair was outstanding and done in a very short time.

I checked around, got some competitive bids and decided to hire Mark to replace my garage doors and install new openers. His quote was not only the lowest, but he quoted a superior product, as well. Mark was easy to work with and I have to add that I had some scheduling difficulties that were due to another contractor moving up the date of their work, and Mark accommodated the changes without complaint. He arrived bright and early on the designated day and got right to work. At the end of the day I had 2 brand new super insulated Clopay doors and 2 new Liftmaster openers installed, programmed and working. Mark made sure the work area was cleaned up of any debris and explained what maintenance I should do to insure long life and trouble free operation of the doors/openers. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Totton to anyone needing new doors or service on their existing doors. Thanks Mark!

He came and diagnosed both of the issues, and explained everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and it turned out the fixes were not costly at all. He even offered me additional garage door openers. He was extremely polite, courteous and fair. I would absolutely recommend them!

Great! Gave a thorough estimate and what was really necessary, so I'm holding off on replacing the door for a while. Did get the opener replaced and he was on-time but I was late getting there. Pleasant, thorough and efficient!
