Description of Work: I purchased a laptop battery which they had in stock (a major plus for sure). There was some sort of nonspecific sale coupon which did not apply to my purchase (no clear explanation why not) but the clerk did contact the manager to try and get approval. The clerk was professional and gave me clear instructions on installing the new battery. I wish they disposed of the old battery but they dont offer that service.

I had taken my computer to them before. I am happy with the advice they gave me on my computer. They have a desk and a couple of computer gigs. They fix you computer very fast like in a minute or two. They seem to be knowledgeable.
Description of Work: They gave me a new power supply after mine went bad.
