The first crew scheduled did a horrible and incomplete job. Heavy dust and debris remained in many of the air returns and ducts. Some of the vent covers even still showed spider webs and accumulated dust. They also left a lot of debris in the basement from drilling into the ducts. They didn't have a plug adapter for their vacuum so asked to borrow one of mine and then left with/it. I was very unhappy w/everything so called to complain and to reschedule a second crew. The company was very responsive and prompt in addressing the situation but it was an inconvenience to have the whole job scheduled twice. The second crew was significantly better and took care of all the remaining dust and debris. They were on time and very courteous and spent a lot of time making sure the job was completed. It worked out in the end but I felt somewhat swindled the first time and still feel like I overpaid for the services rendered.

They were very thorough. The crew they sent out was very experienced. It was very easy to use and convenient. In fact, I have scheduled them on the weekend before Thanks Giving and they were actually able to come out and clean that week so that was great. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were great. It was real good. The price was great; it wasn't too high. I sure would use them again.

They were excellent. I really liked them. They're an excellent company. They're very professional. They didn't arrive on time, they got delayed so that was one negative but the rest was positive. They did a good job of getting the stains out. They moved your furniture and put pads underneaths so it doesn't leave marks. They're just really good. The thing I appreciated the most is I tried to tell them online what I needed done, they gave an estimate and when they came out, they were just willing to do what I needed to be done and not charge me through the nose. I appreciate them working with me once they got there. They are a little more expensive.

They have been awesome. I've tried some locals and their equipment just doesn't seem to extract the water like Stanley Steemer.

They did a satisfactory job. There were a few stains they could have worked harder to remove. 'Also, they were in and out in about 30 minutes.

They moved the furniture. It went great, they showed up when they were supposed to and did a nice job. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Placed call and requested immediate service. Request was promptly noted, and service was performed same day. All involved in transaction were professional. Representatives of the company were helpful in the carpet cleaning process; i.e. moved furniture for complete cleaning area. Cleaning was completed in thorough timely manner. Highly recommend this franchise for carpet cleaning, purchase of wide range of flooring and professional installationl. Will be using this service again.

They were very efficient in getting the job done. I asked them to go over a small area a second time -- an area that was more heavily soiled. They did this very willingly. They were careful when moving the few pieces of furniture in the dining and family rooms.

They do a great job. They come when they say they are going to and they clean it really well. If they miss anything they will come back and get that spot. They will and we have a dog and he loves to get into things he shouldn't and right after we cleaned this I had a cup of coffee in a cardboard cup and he carried it through five rooms after that it was done. They came back and spot cleaned it for us. They are a little more but they do more and get it a lot cleaner than we have ever experienced before. I don't know any other company that will come back and spot clean that coffee. They do run specials from time to time which they are running now. I don't know how much it is and I think it is a Holiday special.

I spent $199 on the job. They made the job a little complicated. They had sent some of their people to a school, which was particularly for the job I wanted done. The people, who had worked on my water heater, had informed me that I get the extraction done instead of carpet cleaning. They informed me that it would work out to be much cheaper. So, I called these guys. They took off the carpets and they took the padding under the carpets. Then, they extracted the water. They threw the padding away. The cost included the taking out of the padding. I was asked to be gone for three days. They were afraid that the mold had gotten in there. They were all set to do a big treatment, but I guess they could tell from my skeptical nature that I did not want it done. They had the instruments to check if the mold had gotten in to the wood work. The instruments could detect the level of moisture in the carpets. They stuck it down in the carpets and detected where the moisture was. It seemed to be accurate because I knew where the water had spilled and how far it had gotten by the time I had called them. So, I did not need further treatment. I am not sure how accurate these things are, but they claim that they are trained in a school on such things. I thought that the price was a little high, but they did a good job; it was not totally unreasonable. I was satisfied with the results. I do not how far they would have gone and how much the work would have cost if I had not been suspicious. I do know that mold can be a problem in flooded areas. It can get to be dangerous in some cases. I do not know if the three days that I had gone away were enough, but I do know that they were really concerned about it. Had they found different results or had I not got suspicious, the $200 might have escalated to a higher amount. I would advice anybody using them for extraction to be careful. I do not think that all the carpet cleaning companies do extraction because there are a lot of details involved in it. A lot of them do not have humidifiers anymore. I had called a number of carpet cleaning companies found on Angie’s List and a lot of them do not do extraction anymore. On the other hand, when I called this company, they had a whole department for extraction. They have gone into it in a big way. I am not sure if what they are doing is legitimate or not. I am not accusing them of anything, but I think people would worry about whether it is all true or not. I am just saying that I do not know anything and so, I did not let them do anything more than extraction. I got an installer from another carpeting company to put in a new padding and packed down with the carpet. With Stanley Steemer, I would say that they did what they said they were going to do. Their responsiveness was fine. They came out very soon after I called them. They were on time. At another time, they also would have supplied the padding and installed the same, which I had another installer do. They advised me that if they did the installation, them the price would have been higher. So, they did warn me about that and I followed their advice. I would say they seemed to be extremely professional. I think they may have overdone the explanation of what the mold would do. On the other hand, maybe it was their job to make sure I understood all that. I would use them again in the future.

The carpet looked great and clean. There is nothing bad about this company, they do a great job.

They were very thorough and I didn't have to do anything. I was very impressed with them. They put the little things under my furniture so nothing got damaged. They even left industrial dryers here because we had an issue because the garage door was open and the fumes from their truck came in a little bit. They leave the truck running to run their equipment. It was a fluke thing because of the temperature and the winds that day and it kind of sucked in some of the fumes so they left some industrial blowers and it wasn't even their fault. They left the dryers for a couple of days but it was a fluke thing and wasn't their fault.

They are very good, very professional, and reasonable. If we have a little throw rug or something, they throw that in for nothing. They clean up after themselves and put the furniture back and do a good job of that.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND KIND. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE BACK TO ITS SPOT. THEY ARE THE ONLY CARPET CLEANING COMPANY I TRUST TO CLEAN MY CARPETS.

THE CARPET NEVER LOOKED BETTER. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WAS VERY GOOD ALSO. THE PRICE WASN'T BAD AT ALL FOR AS MANY ROOMS AS THEY DID.
