EVERGREEN LAWN CARE

I had called the Evergreen Turf and Landscape on Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday between 11am-12pm. I was told that two different people would be coming, one for the lawn and one for the trees, and maybe not at the same time. I agreed to this appointment set-up and proceeded to call other lawn and tree companies to get other estimates as well. The lawn rep from Evergreen stopped by (approximately 10:55am). He parked in the street and waited until I was finished with my first appointment. I walked around the yard with the Evergreen rep and discussed my expectations while the he measured my lawn. He completed his task, went to his truck to complete the estimate, brought the estimate to me to discuss, and then informed me that the tree rep would be by sometime between 11am-12pm. Finally, around 12:15pm, I called the lawn rep from Evergreen to inquire if the tree rep was still supposed to be stopping by. At this point, he informed me that the tree rep had called him and left a message stating that he had driven by earlier and saw I was with a rep from another company, but he decided he didn't want to wait. The Evergreen lawn rep said he would call the tree rep and have him get back in touch with me to set up a good time to stop by. AFTER WAITING ALL DAY, I still never received a call from the tree rep from Evergreen. I feel this is very bad business, rude in fact, when your company representatives show up early for their appointment and then decide that it is not worth waiting to do the job they are supposed to do. Apparently, they have enough business and didn't need mine! I feel they would not have treated me well, given how they treated me at the very beginning by WASTING MY TIME. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends, neighbors, or associates as it seems they do not truly care about prospective new customers.

I don't use them anymore. The price was over $200 per treatment. I don't recall the exact price. They came 6 times over the year.
